    I appreciate the write up. I will say that many of your "bugs" are more of complaints about difficulty, but there are some bugs present for sure. Most groups arent walking in there and clearing it the first time, even if they know sanctum really well. Definitely not the challenge of VMOL, but I dont think it needs to be.

    The biggest one I see is on Ozara. I would say that on average I have to activate the release synergy 2.5 times. It's pretty bad. That needs to be addressed asap. We have also had players thrown into the door the overcharger spawns from and they got stuck. Only fix is a port to the wayshrine.

    Glad they did this though. I hope the get around to AA and Hel Ra eventually. And if we are taking requests, please remove prosperous and training from these sets. It is infuriating...

    Not sure if one time only or just bad luck. In the normal mode (could possibly happen in vet too) one group member died falling into some pit, however was in combat. So he could not ress to wayshrine or anyone ress him. So eventually after /stuck or relogin etc he made it out to the wayshrine only to find himself still dead and in combat. Only way to get him back was someone to run back to the wayshrine to ress him there and then they could run again back to the rest of the group.

    Guess if some mobs back up to walls etc could explain this never ending in combat which of course is annoying. Appearing dead on wayshrine is even more.

    Some 'bugs' technically are complaints, if they name this a Veteran difficulty it should feel that way to an extent. If you look at footage of original manti and serpent you can't even compare it to the ease of the current version but maybe they intended it to be watered down so that manti was easier than some trash pulls. This post was written at a time when they had actual told us it would be scaled up to some difficulty...

    We had a player kicked out vSO and disconnected at Ozara. She returned back only to get kicked out again. And again. And again. And again. After that we attempted 11-man it and disbanded.

    The amount of the bugs in this game is just disheartening. Every patch/update brings a slew of new ones. I think it is time we do something about ZOS. How about stopping subscription for a month or two? Maybe this gives them hint to fire amateurs and get some professional programmers?

    The problem is not that we failed to beat Ozara. We would fail 12-man as well. The problem is that we spent 20min in that room waiting for one person to do 5 attempts to relog and then walk to this room only to get booted again. By that time we just lost interest in playing that bug paradise more.

    I think you missed the point. That 1 player's connection/system was most likely the reason for their disconnects. Since 11 other ppl were not experiencing the same issue it makes no sense to correlate that to the instance unless you've got some system monitoring data to back it up.

    And I say back to you that ZOS already has a fix for this and has used it in other parts of the game. If any player is locked out, a portal appears and allows them to transport through the door.

    Done. Both problems solved.

    I agree. If you raid a lot, you tend to notice that it's usually the same people that have problems.

    Firstly nothing has been fixed.


    More Important Updates with more bugs:

    Mantikora Spear ability now comes in invisible as well as not dropping* felt this wasn't clear enough in the initial post. They may sometimes show telegraphs and never land. Alternatively they may sometimes land but never appear on players screens. This happens to everyone within the raid group and not just individuals.

    Magicka Orbs on the bridge, and other parts of the instance will fall through the floor as the ground has not been made 'solid' for ground moving effects.

    Strange bugs with height variation and ability to use abilities (similar to failing to charge an enemy in the past). Currently if you place the Stonebreaker half way up the stairs some ranged players on the bridge will be unable to do resto heavy attacks / cast skills.

    Moreover, Stronebreaker's mechanic with *the particle effects on the floor* (wave mechanic?) is also bugged. Stonebreaker has frequently shown his telegraph and person to be casting these forwards into the room towards where the tank is solely standing and instead the mechanic will go in all manner of directions other than where the boss is facing... very very buggy. EDIT: This may be how the mechanic is now meant to function but the telegraph is hideously incorrect.

    Ozara's Bolt Ability persists after combat, although the target is freed from pinned when the combat is ended you will continue taking damage long after the fight is over (30seconds+).

    A more general bug and issue with game mechanics (at your digression), when a player attempts to res another and a mob (for whatever reason) decides to path through that player the res will often be cancelled due to collision from the mob into the player. I have had instances where this has happened over 5 times in a row and unbelievably there's no fix in sight,

    @ZOS_Finn Hopefully you get round to doing something within a couple of weeks and not half a year. You would not believe the rage the community have due to the door mechanic on SO HM particularly.

    Honestly the most frustrating thing about this place for a group that isn't elite is the Ozara fight. Please revert back to the instance where when you remove the bolt the dot also gets removed. You have to have a healer spam purge and if this doesn't work you now have a magicless healer and dps dying to an invisible dot! @ZOS_Finn I'm sure this wasn't intended but for the love of god can yall fix it? Can you fix at least one of the mentioned bugs before the next large dlc? A lot of these bugs have been around since the release of SO and the fact that they are still there is not only frustrating but it's down right irresponsible on your team. I can probably imagine you guys are on pretty thin ice with Bethesda considering all of the hacks going around. Instead of ignoring these bugs and hacks, why not fix what you can right now to provide a little bit of good faith to the community instead of holding your foot down on our necks and telling us everything will get done. As of right now I can think at least 15 separate bugs that are "getting looked at" for the last year. I understand that you guys can only fix a little bit at a time, but please start with your content that you are revamping at least. I didn't expect to go into the new trial with the same black hole bug that has been around since this place got released. I complain a lot on the forums, but it's because nothing gets done. Months I've been reading the bug fixes wondering when trials would get addressed, specifically ones that have been around as long as I have been doing them, but with no progress. You're loosing us ZOS, but you have the power, knowledge and ability to make that not happen. So do it.

    As stated in the OP, Spreading Poison from the trolls persists for 5 seconds AFTER the telegraph (red circle) disappears. This leads to extremely frustrating events where players move thinking it's safe, only to give poison to the entire raid leading to deaths and wasted time. Also, trolls are no longer giving poison to only their aggro'ed target, and instead fling them randomly. This prevents group from choice making and force feeds random events that one cannot build strategy or invoke thought upon countering. Awful change.

    On the Ozara fight, her Trapping Bolt mechanic places a small AoE around the affected target, which makes anyone within it take periodic Lightning Damage. Prior to this patch, synergizing this would remove the stun AND the damage over time compontent, but as of live, it only removes the stun. This leaves an invisible area that is permanently desecrated by lightning that deals damage AND STACKS with further Trapping Bolts placed nearby. The only way to remove this is to spam Purge to remove them from the ground, which has proved unreliable in most situations. Invisible mechanics that stack further and instantly kill players is NOT cool.

    Ah, so that's why our group kept wiping on Ozarra yesterday... On the other hand, the poison bug had us laughing out loud for a while. :D

    Quoting myself here @EugeneBi Cause I'd like to apologize. Over the last week I've been in vSO numerous times with my guild of players that I know do not have connection issues historically. In three separate instances, a single player from the group experienced horrendous disconnects. I'm talking log in, wait 45 secs and crash, rinse and repeat the entire dungeon, combined with lag too obv. These are people I've spent hours raiding with in vMOL and old SO without ever experiencing this. In addition, it's as you described, only a single player in the raid experiences the issue, different player each time.

    I hope @ZOS_Finn @ZOS_JessicaFolsom you get some time to look into these mounting bugs now that DB is out on consoles.

    This bug seems to be caused by a corrupted instance caused in the instance when a player travels to another within the same instance or in specific cases when zoning in. My raid group still suffers from these issues but it's far less predominant since we stopped Tp'ing to each other to fix invisible players - which is ofc another bug.
