I'm still enjoying it, and still having fun.... and still getting frustrated at the many many bugs/issues which have not been resolved yet.

A lot of my enjoyment comes from interacting with guild mates and friends I've made playing the game.

With enough sugar and some good music then khajiit always has the fun!

No lag problems here, only minor crashes. On Xbox1. I would say it's rewarding as opposed to being out right fun. Such a huge game and loads to do. Personally I like how Vet takes a long time to level up. I'm sure when I get to Vet16 itll feel different again

Also still having fun; got several chars with different builds to try and level, got a great guild to do dungeons and PvP with (ran an all pet-sorc event last Saturday which was so much fun we deciced to do it more often).
I enjoy the lore and landscape, the hunting (for mats), the pickpocketing and stealing... Hell, I can even enjoy the fishing if I don't feel like doing all of the above.

I love this game. Sure it has issues, some of which should've been fixed immediately (I'm looking right at you, Topping Charge), but I still love logging in and playing every day.

We just fin Craglorn and now doing PvP before trials still so much to do!

Yes still having loads of fun. I've nearly got 30 real life days on my main character and still enjoy playing it Having lots of fun doing dungeons, Craglorn and Wrothgar.

We're it not for the forum, I would not know about half of the reasons the game is doomed to die.

I only have two problems with the game right now. The sound issues on 64 bit, which have become just intermittent enough to allow me to switch from 32 bit to 64 bit. If they can fix that, and I was hoping for a fix this week, I will be having more fun.

The second issue is Latency in PVE. This is where the mob is dead, but does not know it. The health bar is not zeroed out, it does not attack, the NPC helpers have stopped fighting, and I can't attack. After a second or two, it falls over dead. It is annoying only because attacking groups of mobs results in me trying to attack a dead mob when I should be attacking a live one. Occasionally, I am dead and don't know it, but that has not happened recently. That one is really strange.

I actually think that I'd have more long term fun if ZOS would just abandon development of the game. In this way, they would not have the opportunity to mess things up. To say I fear what they think is a wonderful idea for the game would be very accurate, and don't even get me started on the unintended bugs that could take weeks to fix each patch or update.

I still have fun with ESO. I started replaying SWTOR a few months ago and it gave me hope for ESO. Anyone who knows the story of Star Wars The Old Republic will remember things like "Tortanic" and game will fail, etc. Was a bad launch with large countries such as Brazil being redlisted, group finder was non-existant, empty servers weeks after launch, the game crashed on its own hype. If wasn't for Bioware top notch story telling the game would have sunk completely, they had to drop sub model within a year of launch.

Playing SWTOR today I'm having lots of fun, the game has corrected all the failures it had at launch, maybe too late to recover all the players they lost but enough to keep it alive and I'd argue, profitable. My point is that within 5 years the game has increased in quality, so did LOTRO. That said, theme-park MMOs are very niche, it's not about the MMO, it's about the franchise. I don't expect ESO to be a great MMO (such as Archeage or Black Desert where groups and guilds matters imensely, ESO group content can be said to be limited to 12-24 Men at once in separate instances, you can't really involve the whole guild, as the other MMOs I mentioned you have have raids of 50+ and challenges great enough to demand over 100 people in one spot thus VERY social oriented) but I do expect it to be a great Elder Scrolls games within 5 years.

That hope keeps me subbed and hopeful, like a long term investment, and when that time arrives I will be proud to be here playing every single day since day 1. And I'll watch many return. If that day doesn't come...was fun whilst it lasted!

No game can entertain you forever. And finishing everything probably took a decent amount of time so I guess the game was well worth it.
