You just can't compare such a huge game with ESO lol, time will prove me right.

Why are you here?
Translation: This game hasn't changed/evolved exactly how I think it should have, so I'm going to be bitter and salty and predict it's untimely demise.SemiD4rkness wrote: »WoW wasn't "such a huge game" before, it was an underdog made by a company with no prior knowledge to MMO development, and was generally laughed at prior to its release and deemed a failure.
It's easy to forget that WoW didn't start out as a massive MMO.
Get over it, this game killed itself.

Well said. +1WalkingLegacy wrote: »What glory days? It was marginally better at launch and progressively getting worse with each update.
I couldn't disagree more ... I think they've made the game better, for the most part, as time has gone on. But then, I'm not a "hardcore" gamer, I'm fairly casual. I play for enjoyment and the escapism. That being said, I think the trials are a good place for those seeking challenges can find a home in ESO.
You need to realize the game is designed for mass appeal. Kids and older folks alike can find something to enjoy. The main story line is, by design, fairly easy for anyone who wants to try to finish.
I disagree with some of the changes they've made, but, on the whole, I feel the game has improved since launch.
(But they still need to nerf nightblades)

Id be surprised if it would still be alive in 2 years.

Agreed until your last comment. Such a pointless comment to make in this thread.

In ten years time i'll be telling my kids Santa doesn't exit, but Santie does... with his many elven servants making toys.

WoWs population is/was how big?
Not that im saying eso wont make 10 years, im just saying basing it off the largest game of this type might not be the way to go.
Very much agreed.Jaemeson_Foster wrote: »It's entertaining but also sad how any people think WoW started off the way it is today. WoW didn't gain traction until TBC. Vanilla was what, two years?
