✭✭✭✭✭So there was a crazy windstorm in my neck of the woods over the weekend, and my power was out for about 24 hours (which led to a notable lack of being online).
While the power was out and the wind was raging, I decided it would be a good idea to wander around outside in the wind. I ended up having to dodge-roll to avoid getting hit by this:
Man, it's way harder to stay out of the red in first-person. I didn't even see the red AoE for this one - if I hadn't had my volume turned up so that I could hear the audio cue, I wouldn't have known to dodge and I probably would have been one-shotted! Even if I had been blocking I probably would have taken a ton of damage.

I'm just glad I got power back in time to export all of my character profiles via chardump so that I know where to put all of my skill points on all 16 of them after the forced respec with today's patch.

I've been on EU playing around with my 5th level orc/goblin, Pirondil's Bane. I realize now how much I love my alts, my friends, my guild stores.....Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

To be fair to the OP of that thread, Achilles was probably the top tank of the ancient world, and after the way Zeus intervened to keep him from sacking Troy, I can understand why someone might assume that Zeus hates tanks...
