ult and passives

Do ults count towards pasives? on my main bar i only have soul harvest from the assassain tree but i want the last passive that gives you stronger crits.

DeanTheCat✭✭✭✭✭It counts, but if you have Battle Frenzy (Alliance War Assault passive), I wouldn't use this morph if I were you, as it bugs out the Battle Frenzy passive, rendering it such as you don't get the ultimate on kill that this passive would otherwise give. For this very reason, Incapacitating Strike is the better morph.Dean the Cat

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.
Please read this before creating yet another nerf thread.

Does incapacitating strike use the 6s cooldown for hard cc? I was thinking of switching anyway as it builds fast anyway0 -

It uses the cooldown. But it can save your life, as for some reason, that animation from the knockdown is buggy, and there is a short delay before you can break it (Similar to Fear and Dawnbreaker of Smiting, which has even more bugs in itself).Dean the Cat
