"You do not meet the requirements to join this campaign"

When trying to join Hestra (a normal campaign), I am being told that I don't meet the requirements to join. However, I have 15,000 AP, so I should be able to. I am VR1, but this campaign is not restricted. I don't want to try it on another one for fear of wasting my AP. Can anyone help?

Do you have a toon from a different alliance already homed or guested in that campaign? Toons from the same account but different alliance can't be on the same campaign.

If I recall from one of the threads Brian made, Hestra is a non-vet campaign. As you are VR1 and therefore considered to be a veteran, you cannot join the campaign.

Try Thornblade, Azura's Star, Haderus or Chillrend

Nope, I don't have any other characters in any campaigns.

And, at least for Xbox, there are 4 campaigns listed under non-vet, while Hestra is listed under normal campaigns and it says that anyone can join. However, it would make sense that their lists/descriptions are screwed up because it also says that Hestra is a 90 day campaign, but I believe that it was a 5 day campaign during the couple weeks I was in it before I got my campaign reset after reaching VR1. This really needs to be fixed. The campaign lists need to be fixed with full and accurate descriptions.

You're playing the wrong game if you expect things to be fixed.
