Hello. What is this system that people says its coming?
What ive understand is that there is 2 phases, the first phase is already functional, with guards, pickpocketing... What about the other phase? Is there another phase?
And how can I kill the guards? Their armor is though.. I cant even hit them

- Murder and Pick-pocketing of NPCs
- Theft and Housebreaking
Phase 2 (Whenever ZoS feels like rolling it out)
- Player Guards (Enforcers, which means that you can be hunted by players if you break the law)
Also, guards cannot die. They are immortal. Which means...

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.
