If you cut out every possible cause for griefing, you may as well delete the game. It's a MMO, the actions of other players will affect your experience, whether that be good or bad.
They could make NPCs instanced for it anyways.
The updates are amazing and truly what the game needs, but I fear it's too late and the damage has been done.
They need to really act fast, the clock is ticking.

Lol, where was this? Because I remember very distinctly that they are against things cluttering up screens.
I feel my 'mersion cracking.
But they are giving people the five days...and not complaining just would have loved to see them do that because some think they are more important than othersFoul_Corsair wrote: »AryaWythers wrote: »So in order to receive the five free days that should be deserved to all that bought the game, people need to sign up for the re-occuring subscription....do you really care about how the players actually feel or just how much you can take from our wallets.
Doesn't seem like a very smart idea to not extend this to everyone that bought the game and had to suffer...but I'm sure you will find a whole bunch of un-happy campers once you go through with this shameful compensation to only those who are paying you.
The game was broken before launch and you made us all suffer not just those who continue to pay you for this extremely broken and frustrating game...to bad consumer affairs never get involved in this crooked industry.
Are you really complaining that someone who doesn't want to sub doesn't get 5 free days?

Please, no! I have been SO PROUD of you sticking to your guns on this... please don't enable them, not even as an option. As a downloadable Lua-add-on feature, perhaps, but not as a core gameplay mechanic.
And now others mention... yes, all the coming stuff is group-and-fluff. I can understand the reasons - groups make us sticky, make for recurring subscriptions... but is it worth watering down the vision you were sticking so hard to, just to pander to the MMO-fans, at the cost of the TES fans?

Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.
Where does it say you must be subbed? I see that you must have an "active account under the 30 days included gametime" - but that is everyone currently able to play.Foul_Corsair wrote: »AryaWythers wrote: »So in order to receive the five free days that should be deserved to all that bought the game, people need to sign up for the re-occuring subscription....do you really care about how the players actually feel or just how much you can take from our wallets.
