In efforts to provide a smoother on ramping experience from Battlegrounds to Cyrodiil, we are enabling Item Sets 'procs' once again in No-CP Rulesets.

Thats it for me, once this goes live Im done with ESO. It was fun while it lasted.

Good change. It's silly to have half the sets in the game disabled in Ravenwatch when they aren't in no-CP Battlegrounds. That was done to test server performance a long time ago.

Also, the most OP thing in Cyrodiil right now is MagSorcs stacking all max magicka, not proc sets.

Maybe noCP can go back to locking before the CP campaign, rather than now never ever getting more than 1 full faction.

Maybe they need something to better differentiate the two campaigns than just CP vs No-CP.

If the secondary campaign could somehow promote solo play (no idea how), that might draw players who don't like watching their whole faction get farmed by a ball group lol.

Or if siege was stronger and there were more capture objectives, so the less-combat-inclined had a way to enjoy the strategy of PvP.

Dangit, is the only campaign where I dipped my toes on actual PvP (as opposed to stonemasonry and general upkeep).

Silver lining, as @Sidewaves89 pointed out I still have one Mayhem left before is back to staring at walls full time.

Yeah, see zero point in staying in the campaign if it's the same cheese fest. CP/no CP won't change a thing, especially after it's rework. Just take whole package and move to the main campaign for a better population.

The only thing that would make me reconsider would be a no cross healing, was the best PvP I've seen while it lasted.

Maybe it was easier for them to remove the no-proc from the campaign instead of posting a full list of allowed sets :D

To be fair, we all assumed it happened the same way Orders wrath was not immediately available in Ravenwatch — because they couldn’t care less about it.

As for the campaign, it’ll be good to return on a regular basis. I assume right now it’s dominated by sorcs and nightblades that benefit the most from stat based sets

[snip] AD consistently pulls full pop groups on weekends, DC has a solid core group of high skilled players. Meanwhile us EP are a band of individual introverts who are incapable of working together beyond 1-2 hour bursts after a solid 40 hours workweek.

WE true RAVENWATCH players play for the CHALLENGE of not having procs. We DESPISE the "left click twice and win" sets that make the game annoying.

No proc was a rocky change when it rolled out, but we grew to LOVE IT.
We LOVE having to actually think about our builds because we don't get 3k sustains, 40k armors, 8k damage, infinite health and total cheese. Class identity feels more relevant in Ravenwatch due to certain buffs being harder to obtain with the limited set list.

Almost every single player who dislikes no proc can go play in a proc campaign. This change does nothing but annoy those of us that enjoy it.

I get you want to standardize BGs with NO-CP, here's a thought: give us no proc BGs! ;)

Seriously, this game will go into the ol Steam archive and I will find something else.

    Very annoyed right now!!!!

Thank god. My ping is WAY too big for Cyrodiil. Someone gets close to me, appears to do half of a light attack and I find out they did like a 60 move combo on me totaling 11 million damage. I just couldn't see it because their internet was good and allowed them to input that and mine was bad and didn't allow me to interface with it. With this I have a CHANCE to fight back. It levels the playing field for those of us with high ping.

Glad no-proc is being removed. ZOS robbed PCEU off the most populated campaign from us and we´re finally having it back. Prior to no-proc, Ravenwatch used to have almost 2-3 times the queue/waiting times compared to Greyhost due to how popular it was. It´s clear that no-proc is a failure (and people can cope with excuse like "No official list with what sets works etc etc" as much as they like but we all know that´s not the reason to why it´s not popular).

Anyhow, see you in Ravenwatch next patch, we will be there :)
