@ZOS_Kevin we are paying for a service that isn't working and it's just in constant decline. Please can we get some communication

He did communicate.

Kevin’s on page one of my elaborate recent thread, saying that the problem has been escalated, what that means in action… I don’t know.
The same thing was said about my Sun Shield thread beforehand, so I guess we can see how fast that gets addressed this PTS cycle and base our judgment on that.

Didn't someone say earlier that videos only show as having been seen if they have been watched to the very end? How often does anyone do that, and why would the developers necessarily need to?
I tried three different accounts.
Two through ZOS own launcher - constant crashes.
One through Epic Games launcher - played for an hour with no issues.
All accounts use the same add-ons.
So is it just the ESO launcher that is causing this?

ESO supposedly makes $15 million per month: https://tech4gamers.com/the-elder-scrolls-online-15-million-monthly/
Let that sink in. A video game that currently features
- Frequent, crippling lag spikes that make it impossible to do basic things in game
- Frequent disconnects that can ruin trials and PVP raids
- Audio cutting in and out in PVP areas
- Significant downtime for maintenance (compared to other games that can launch patches and complete maintenance with no downtime whatsoever)
… makes an alleged $15 million per month.
I, for one, decided yesterday when I crashed in Cyrodiil for the umpteenth time after yet another 999+ ping spike that I’m not spending another cent on this game until performance returns to its pre-May 2024 state. I’ve gotten used to playing ESO without ESO+, so it’s no big deal for me to keep my wallet folded until we see a fix — however long that may take.

This is what I've been using:
Yes, I've now used Mudfish too and it's been far far better. Game feels like before. I however use multinode and fast connect since ESO uses TCP. I play from Sweden so the first node is the Swedish Mudfish server, the second I have on Auto, I figure Mudfish will find the route to the server with lowest lag.
I am not super used to using Mudfish so any insights and suggestions are welcome, like should I use "full VPN mode"?
Edit* I do play on the NA server even though I live in Sweden, so the second node I have either on one of the Dallas nodes or on Auto.

Interesting to note that he hasn't worked for Zenimax since 2016, yet has the inside scoop on the last 10 years' worth of monthly earnings....

No luck for me.
