At least UTC rates a mention, non-EU/NA time zones don't even rate a mention. Hey, I guess here in Australia and other parts of the world we're an afterthought. Also, UTC isn't the 'EU' time zone, whatever that's supposed to mean, it's just a universal time reference, which at the moment corresponds to neither UK time or Western European times.
