Are DungeonDLCs ever discounted?

Hello fellow players 
i'm playing ESO for half a year now, and as i come from very poor miserable country, im trying to buy DLCs only when they are discounted to minimize costs. I have already hunted Four Older DLC Pack and Dragonhold, as well as first three chapters. I have also noticed a trend, so i expect to get Clockwork City when it will have it's own event. However i have never seen Dungeon DLC going on discount. So i wanted to ask: did you ever observed them being half-priced? Or should i just swallow my greediness, quit waiting and buy them as they are?

✭✭I also haven't purchased any dungeon DLC yet, cause 1500 crowns just for two dungeons is not worth it for me. They all were discounded during Undaunted event (last year?), and during Black Fredas sale (a year or two ago?). Unfortunately, they didn't do 50% discount
Discount price was, in both times, 1050 crowns per dungeon DLC. Not good enough 
Maybe they will pleasantly surprise us with better discount on those someday... 0 -
AlexKuczaja✭✭Both black fredas and undaunted event are coming up in few weeks! Altough 1050 crowns per DLC is still much, it is much more affordable, so it is still great news thank you 1

✭Yes. They have been discounted in the past but very very rarely. I can think of maybe only one time that they were on sale.0 -
