    Yay logged in this am went through the process of disabling addons to make the game work and voila! Im playing! Yippeee

    Note: queueing bad long load screen better.

    I am playing during lunch. No queues. Login was about 2 minutes. Wayshrine from Stonefalls to Solitude was 21 seconds. That is a huge difference from yesterday.

    Is this resolved for you guys? It's still not making it to the character select screen after logging in for me.

    Mine’s working. I was advised to remove the exclusions from antivirus, reboot and then add them again. It took two further reboots but it seems fine now (on Live, PTS still isn’t working).

    Not as bad now 25-30 secs to login and get to char screen. That is same as this morning.
    Once I choose a character and log the character and log it in only about 3 mins this morning it was over 5.
    Before greymoore update this did not happen.

    It's 3:30 in the afternoon Eastern time and I am still being told Greymoor content is locked despite having pre-ordered the chapter.

    Login was no Problem. No crashs or long loading screens. But the lag is even worse. PvE zones and BGs are lagging hard.
    Please fix the game!

    I am not a Steam player, I am an ESO+ member. It works on the EU server fine but does not work on the NA server. I can see Greymoor marked as "Purchased" on both EU and NA servers.

    This appeared to look like my problem would be included, especially as the EU server works for me.

    But after the NA server was patched there was no change for me. And reading your post on the head of this discussion - am I still in a category here that you are still implementing a fix for?

    You might want to open a ticket, if you have not, as you might be an "edge case".

    Yes I did raise a ticket on the 26 May, but it has not been looked at yet.

    This is still an issue for me. Here's my specific background on this bug, hopefully someone will read it and look up what they did on the Nov 5 '19 update to resolve...

    Every time I try to load a character in with my usual loadout of addons since Monday evening, I get to the zone loading screen, the Ouroboros stops spinning about 5 seconds in, and it results in a timeout. (Prior to the UI change, this reported an Error 303; now it just takes you back to login with no explanation.)

    I can work around it by going to addons and unchecking "allow out of date addons", which gets me into the game. However, even paring down my addons to single digits after that still results in a timeout on the zone load screen. I was even able to timeout just selecting the checkbox for "allow" again, with no other addons included.

    This error came up around Oct 30, 2019, and persisted for about a week until it was fixed in the Nov 5th (or thereabouts) update. This is the first time since then that this timeout has recurred.

    I've done the usual repair/clearing launcher programdata folders, with no impact. The only way I can get in is how it's outlined above.

    I could really use some help here since I've yet to see any content from Skyrim due to constant timeouts. ZOS, please look into this?

    Did you ever narrow it down to a single addon that, when disabled, allowed you to enter the game successfully?

    PC-NA insane lag in Glenumbra tonight - 5 seconds to get on your mount like in Cyrodil, skills won't fire, etc. Ping reports as 250 which is quite high for me but it plays like 800

    Lag is crappier than ever. When to Craglorn/Spellscar to level my werewolf skills and witnessed the worst lag I've ever seen doing PVE, and I've played since the beta. Makes me wonder what criteria Zenimax has for recruiting programmers.

    Thanks for chiming in. I haven't narrowed it down to a single addon or library. I've even gone in and turned off all addons by hand, and a reload fails after doing that. I also use Addon Selector, so I have a batch that I've saved which appears to work, but from experience last Nov, that's not a failsafe either. (i.e., it will still fail if you try to reloadui again, but intermittently).

    I can see that individuals are being helped in their access to greymoor and I have also raised a ticket to see if my access can be sorted out on the NA server. My ticket is current "waiting on agent" and I raised it on the 25th May.

    Can you help please?

    Still do not have access, my ticket is "waiting for agent" since day. Bought game from GMG for Steam, PC EU, account name's the same as here.

    Over the years, this one has found that flushing the DNS cache after a big update can help a lot with lag issues. The server routing can get borked up.

    -Disconnect the power to your modem for ~30 seconds, then reconnect the power. This will cause the modem to reset.
    -Open a command prompt from the windows system folder in your start menu.
    -In the command prompt type
    ipconfig /flushdns
    I usually repeat it a few times to be certain.

    This has worked for me for many a year now, hope it helps.

    There was also a forced PC restart in there which could have helped. As someone else mentioned that restarting their PC had helped.

    Honestly I don't know what the fix was for me, I started trouble shooting after the forced restart (Greymoor locked entire PC up) and it worked after that and the graphics changes.

    Hopefully it helps for someone.

    I don´t use Steam for ESO but I have also still no access to Greymoor.
    Bought it in the In-Game-Shop weeks ago.

    I don't use Steam. I purchased Greymoor from the ESO website on March 26th. As of 11:30 this morning I still don't have access.
