Can't connect to PTS (ticket #200515-003674)
Hello. I asked this in the PTS forum but was advised to repost it here as it's about a fault rather than PTS feedback.

I've been playing for a year on Xbox with ESO account 'GenjiraX', which is linked to my Xbox account 'Genjira X'. I bought a PC last week in order to play and provide feedback on PTS. Access to the Live server works fine. Access to PTS fails on PTS login screen after entering my password with the message "Error 200 (7:4:181:597) Login failed. Please try again." My PC has a static IP address and is wired. I don't have any Add-ons.
I have tried:
- Adding relevant port numbers to my router's port forwarding rules
- Setting Launcher to run as Administrator
- Updating Radeon drivers
- Excluding Zenimax Online folder from virus scanner and Windows Security
- Repairing the Launcher
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
- Creating a new, unlinked account and buying the base game again
