Sad thing is, a friend of mine just bought ESO and wanted to start playing. And now I have to tell her that she should better wait or she will never play it again after experiencing so many performance issues. Good job ZOS.

I've been doing very light overworld combat (random trash mobs who are in the way at digging sites). Today for the first time lag was really bad.

Update: Solved my issue by login through Steam launcher.

All addons are disabled by default when new content comes out and there are no addons in character creations screen, which still shows Eslweyr chapter.

Okay, you need to actually go in and turn off manually those addons. I did that this morning and could log in no problem. However, there is something really screwed up with the world map. I have no mini map on right now but keep getting bug errors having to do with the world map.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom They need to take a look at the coding with the world map. With or without mini maps up, there are a large number of errors/bugs surrounding the world map. I have no idea what it all means, but I'm sure they can nail it down. Even when I remove BugEater or BugCatcher, the map goes all wonky.

I am not using misleading info. I'm telling you what has happened to me. If this isn't your issue, then it isn't your issue. It is, however, what I am experiencing. It would appear that there are several issues going on here, so stop trying to control what I say. You do you, and I'll do me. Thanks.

I want to note that just because you have addons disabled does not mean that they are not causing problems. As others have discovered, sometimes, you have to actually move the addons somewhere that ESO cannot find them.

That's a really good point and yes, you are correct. For me, all I had to do was turn them all off.

Can't login after today's maintenance. I select my character, it looks like it's going to load in, then I get booted back to the login page. No addons at all. Happens to multiple toons in different locations.

On a serious note, I really enjoyed the Greymoor until my first harrostorm event.....it was like being at Chal during primetime with all 3 factions on the back flag....

There IS MORE THAN ONE ISSUE EFFECTING PEOPLE AT THE MOMENT. Please take a moment to differentiate your issue from other's responses. Not everyone here is responding to you directly

Okay i tried disabling all my addons and i did not crash anymore. Gonna try to reenable them one by one to find the culprit.

okay i found 2 addons that are crashing my game: LibAddonMenu-2.0 and HarvestMap. It was working fine this morning so i think something went wrong with the addons or api change

Played after the update yesterday with no issues. Trying to play today and after logging in attempt to load a character and after about 40 seconds get sent back to the game login/password screen. Happens on every character.

Ive tried twice to log in today and twice it has blue screened my computer, both times on the long load into character select!

When I try to login it says your username or password is incorrect after 5-10 tries its logging in. After sometime i get disconnect from game and having same problem. Check it out.

"Note: I entered my password true. Don't even think its my mistake. " !!!

It seems crashing to desktop happened right when the trader bid change happened. So trader change server load seems to be connected to cyrodiil lag and crashes. You should investigate, I will set a timer for myself for trader bid changes now to watch out in Cyrodiil for it.
