Guard catches me then glitches.

So this has happened a few times now. I will be doing some thieving, getting caught by the person every here and there, and every so often getting caught by the guards. Sometimes when the guard catches me, I am not given a choice wether to run or not. It does the zoom in, then I am given more bounty as if I chose to run, then they kill me. Worst part is I have to log out so it will un-zoom out.

It normally happens when they catch me by surprise (like coming from behind or the side) so each time I would be moving but not mounted.

I've had many times where I freeze, the guard plays their line, but they don't come over and talk to me. After a few moments, my character puts their hands down and I'm free to walk away, but I never get any (extra) bounty. Your bounty is always low enough that they try to talk to you, right? If it was high enough for them to kill you, they wouldn't (attempt to) arrest you.

Just happened to me. ESO glitched as I was running through the Glenumbra, with more than half my inventory being stolen goods. The guard tells me something like "Hey, stop right there" and stops me, no conversation screen appears so the guard attacks me. I couldn't move at all, no camera, no jump, no anything. So I lose all the work I did for the thieves guild and for other quests and activities I was doing, and lose all work I spent hours on.

My bounty has always been between 20-80 when they catch me

Also using a potion or another consumable gets me out of the freeze, just learned that by seeing if I could unfreeze

Has happened to me 3 times in the past week... and i've only been caught 3 times in the past week. Incredibly frustrating. As soon as you hear the arrest dialog, it appears as though it cancels out of the choice selection screen and you are frozen in place. Worse yet, it seems you automatically choose the flee option so the guard attacks your frozen character until you die. Despite making me a better thief XD, this is SO FRUSTRATING and needs to be fixed. It has happened in Vulkhel Guard as well as Elden Root, and i'm pretty sure it would happen anywhere else if i had been caught. Last night i threw my Amnesty Edicts in the cooking fire and cried myself to sleep. Logging out is the only way to get past this.
