When caught by guard, stuck in dialogue window

I know it's not the most efficient thing to do, but I use thievery to make some gold on the side when i'm waiting for dungeons or guild store items to sell. Whenever I get caught by a guard though, it freezes me inside the dialogue window and doesn't let me out. The guard goes aggressive and kills me while in this mode, and I can't move or exit out of the window. When I go back to the wayshrine, I'm still in the windowed mode. I can't get out unless i relog.

I haven't been able to do this since One Tamriel. I thought it was a fluke at first and I just hadn't tried stealing in a while. Now it's been sacrificial to my income and it's really frustrating me. I want to go back stealing but I can't do this unless it's fixed.

Do you run any AddOns? If so, it might be a API conflict with one of them ...

Which one? I use MM, skyshards, lorebooks, treasure hunter, and destinations i think

I updated all of these add ons. I've been using them since last year. One Tamriel is when this glitch started happening. I used to do stealing daily with no issues like this

How would i know which one? But i do know for a fact that the API has changed with 1T.
Simply updating may not be enough, there could still be a conflict between them.

I would disable all AddOns, restart ESO and see if the problem goes away ...

I have this happen to me more often than it should. It's unbearably annoying and leaves me really afraid of getting caught by a guard and losing everything I stole.
