Are there placable trophies from dungeon/trial bosses? I think that in this craglorn cave are some at the entrance. Can someone confirm that?

There are a lot of positive aspects here but I'll echo the concerns of some others and say that I was really hoping for some storage space. It will still be fun, but I was hoping to free up the space on my 5 mule toons so I could actually play them again.

Here are my questions:

Gardens / Farms - Will we be able to grow our own resources in our outdoor space?

Can you hold a contest on PTS prior to Homestead launches where players can decorate their homes with unlimited resources and have the winning home(s) become possible furnished design players can purchase in-game?

In the article you ask " Do you plan on making a name for yourself as one of Tamriel's top interior designers?" will we be able to sell homestead layouts to players if they wish to decorate their house the way we have, as template per say.

The added trophies we'll be able to obtain via dungeons and other means, will they drop solely as a trophy unit that we can immediately place in our house or will we need to find a taxidermy specialist NPC (or ideally a player) to create it into a trophy. It would be a bit odd if I defeat Molag Bal, for example, and he has a small trophy of himself in his pocket.. a bit conceited I think. Okay, maybe Molag Bal was a bad example he's full of himself already so this might be possible.

Personal Assistants - You said we can't use chests as storage units they are merely decorative items. These personal assistants do they take my goods and run them to a local bank? Will these increase my storage capacity in some form or are they used for other means such as fetching me skooma or a sweet roll when the mood strikes me?

Decorative items vs Functional items - Chests and other items you mention are strictly decorative, can you give you us any ideas outside of chairs, trade tables that will be functional for the player(s) to use?

Will housing boost any PvP oriented decorations? My former stint as Emperor, can I place my Emperor armour on a stand and show it off proudly.

Will I be able to display my guild tabard via tapestries?

Will the dye system play any sort of role in Homestead, can we dye decorations? Paint Walls etc.

Any information you can provide on the above questions would be outstanding. I will most likely come up with additional questions as I think more on how I plan to enjoy Homestead. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

Chests are just decorative; you won't be able to use them as an extension to your bank. You will be able to place a personal assistant in your home, though.

Sounds amazing, but I still hope for some functionality, like wardrobes or functionable chests for the tons of sets I own or such.

@ZOS_GinaBruno will there be some options to make your home fit for werewolves/vampires , like said a shrine to stay in wolf in your home to hold some guild events there?

Making a nice retreat for those vampires/wolves under us would be interesting.

This. Looks. Awesome. The Achievement Furnisher is a great idea. Thanks for the work you put into this.

I have a few questions, though...

Will the pieces of furniture take space in the Inventory or in the Banks accounts, or will there be special storage space accessible from the house editor? Will the Luxury furniture and the trophies be stocked in the collections?

Will the Luxury Furnisher work with Crowns, gold or both? What is the the frequency of the rotation in the Luxury Furnisher. I am a bit worried, as a collector, that I would buy an exquisite piece some week, end up broke and realize that an even more exquisite piece would appear the week after at a point where my gold supplies haven't recovered yet. Is there any certainty that retired items would ever become available again? How much gold a month do I have to earn to warrant I can have all the decorations? In other words, will I now be forever stressed about my gold supply? [Actually, this is the only potentially negative point I can see in the huge list of positive points that this article contains.]

Will other crafting styles than the basic 10 be involved in the crafting of furniture? Can we dye decorations? Will there be special crafting sites for furniture, as there already are for weapons and armors?
Can a stolen and laundered item be used as decoration? Can we also display armors, weapons or costumes on a mannequin?

Can we hire the services of a bard?

If a pet or a mount is placed in a House, will it still be available for other houses or for a character? Will the decoration of a given house be the same for all characters in a given account?

Are there houses in Coldharbour? Are there plans for new houses in DLC areas in the future? Do you plan a boat-house-thing?

Do you have any plan to add aquaria? O:)

Will the February update also contain a new area/story? And new crafting styles?

Ok. I admit. This is not a few questions. I guess I am a bit hyped.

I hope so, I'm just thinking they may have bypassed it because of the phasing issues. I really, really hope not as there's nowhere else that I want my main to live; and I would like for Eyevea to have more traffic as it's such a nice zone that's sadly empty and neglected.

2. like someone already said here, storage crates are the most important part and you say that they are just cosmetic and we will not be able to put really usable storage crates into our house? will there be no additional storage space there??? you can not be serious with this!!!



I hope that your plan is not to put all the useful stuff like (storage crates, dps and hps test dummies, storage racks) to crown store only!!!!!!!

I saw a skeleton looking thing in the video, but there was no indication of the features associated with the skeleton. I really hope that a test dummy does not amount to a NPC with 30K health. That would be very disappointing.

It has much more than 30k health. It's more in the realm of millions than thousands.

ESO+ members will be able to hold double the stuff in their houses.

Oh yea baby, come Feb 2017 this is going to blow a serious hole in the in game piggy bank... time for some SERIOUSE crafting!

Also good to hear it's free, which, as they mentioned that the plot threads hinted at in previouse dlc will also have a role, means actual story dlc in some form! Yeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Seems like a pure commercial decision, having a WHOLE HOUSE and no space storage is unjustifiable, not immersive, not logical and not player-friendly in any way.

Sigh... @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Why never any prices? It's not like you don't already know what you're going to charge. With the furor over the Mythic Ambrosia which has been made so difficult to acquire in game, "forcing" players to by the CS versions of the potions (XP scrolls), many of us are wondering if the houses and everything that goes with them are going to be so expensive in in-game gold that players will be "forced" to buy them via the crown store if they really want them.

Also, maybe I missed it but I can't believe it wasn't stated in the article... is furniture actually going to be USEABLE now? And, if so, will that translate to furniture out in the world also????
