There are plenty of sets out there that give major buffs. It is a smart change (but also has nothing to do with the bugged aspect of malubeth) because stacking the healing buff plus major mending plus major vit is ridiculous. I don't know why they ever implemented something that goes outside of the major/minor buff system.You earned the 500 LOLs badge.

✭✭I didn't notice any large heals from malu tonight. I didn't go back and watch every second but I scrolled up on combat logs every fight. I did notice occasionally I'd get scourge harvest damage but no heal proc (without beam breaking instant or anything).You earned the 500 LOLs badge.

It's not the 30% healing bonus that's causing the problem, it's how the tether heal ticks are coded. They should be healing around 7k+ per 4 seconds, not 7k+ per tick. I only used the set for a few minutes. I imagine if I used it longer I'd see some even bigger ticks.
On consoles it works exactly as intended. 7k (at most) hp total over 4 seconds divided into small tics. Hope ZOS won't bring this bug from PC to consoles with next update.0 -

✭I have seven malubeth helms and nine shoulders I was not able to reproduce this. In neither pve nor pvp environments. My biggest heal was 2169 and most were 1608.Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. RIP April 2014 to May 31 2016 DArk Brotherhood. Out of retirement for negates and encases. Sorcerna will be going back into retirement to be my main crafter Fall 2018. Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.1 -

18k hps is not working as intended. When the set isn't bugging out its fine but those heals are broken. Not once in a 30min fight with lord warden did i get a bugged heal, but the first proc in 10s with some trash mobs and i was getting over 8k ticks. There is a bug somewhere in that, and as someone who uses the set I want it fixed.1 -

Same, I've tested it out and am not seeing the trumped up charges these guys are lying about. These cry babies are mad that its not allowing them to 1-2shot ppl who build around this set. They want PvP to dictate the entire way this game is played and changed.0 -
