Make sure you didn't already collect it. You didn't post the whole list of books, so I can't tell if you have it collected OR, you didn't scroll down far enough.

Again, let me rephrase, you are looking at the wrong section of books. It's under Orsinium Archive, not Wrothgar Writings.

I'm just logging in to check. But if it is your list is very messed up. Torug ag Krazak is definitely in Wrothgar Writings, but your screenshot seems to be showing it in Orsinium Archive.

And this is Orsinium Archive. So whats the Problem?

The Thread here is far newer as uesp or other Wikis. Because PTS.

Is there a place you can go back and read all the letters from the companion quests? I missed "Tanlorin's Bird Note" because I didn't realize there was sonething to read OR I needed to use a soecific dislogue option to access it.

Hoping I don't miss any of the others.

Cannot find in Lorebooks.

Hello, I am still missing these books:

-Prophecy of Anudnabia
-Kharsthun's Translation, Second Stanza
-Letter from Aradros
-Y'ffre's Hymn

Has anyone found these now that U44 is out? In the patch notes, it said the Prophecy of Anudnabia is now readable post-quest, but it's not anywhere near the entrance to the area you find it in the prologue quest (I missed it when doing the quest the first time)

They really need to make EM account wide. I am sick and tired of being extra careful going through quests trying to make sure I don't miss anything, and end up missing stuff anyway.

It is not fun having to open your quest bag every step of these quests to make sure you aren't missing a page that they snuck in there and never tell you about until it's too late, let alone even remembering tat you need to do that.

I wholeheartedly agree. I’m on console and I keep this thread handy and check each area of the chapter quest before leaving so I don’t miss a book. It’s ridiculously immersion breaking.

They can leave the Mages Guild books per character but there are more Eidetic Memory books now to collect than in many real life libraries. They should be AWA.

As a temporary workaround, I would love an addon that makes a noise or pops up a message in the chatbox when atuff gets added to the quest bag. Even better if it worked like loot log with icons, so you know you get a letter in your bag.

Wouldn’t help us, console has no add-ons. It’s not really loot either, just lorebooks.

Before I forget, @ZOS_Kevin Would you be able to ask the devs if they can add the lorebooks from the companion's quests (new and old) in a post-quest accessable overland location for anyone who has accidently missed a book from any if their quests, as well as implementing it for future companions as well?

I wouldn't mind if it took time to implement (which things usually need to anyways), but would be really helpful as often many lorebooks can be easily missed when going through a quest the first time, especially when they get snuck into your quest inventory without you really being aware of them, often until it's too late.

That's exactly what I mean, is there anyone on PC/NA who got that house and made it available to visit (via a tour, link, whatever)? Searching for the tours for that specific one, I don't see any. Unfortunately, there's no way for myself to get it, or I'd have done it long ago.

Traits are per-character! But please do not go off topic, we are speaking about books from Eidetic memory. This is a very important topic and a big part of the game.
The devs certainly spend a lot of time writing these books, introducing them into the game, making them active... There are so many of them and who knows what mega-work was behind to make such a number of volumes possible. However, they are always very full of bugs and that is the reason why we are mass asking for a per-account knowledge of the Eidetic Memory books.

I am missing "Tanlorin's Bird Note", and "Torn out Journal Entry" both from Tanlorin's quests. The bird note is part of the sevond quest and gets put in your inventory halfway through. I missed it. The second is probably from the last or second-to-last of tan's quests.

If anyone knows a way to obtain these post-quest, whether an overland spot or grouping with a friend, please let me know.

Traits are per-character! But please do not go off topic, we are speaking about books from Eidetic memory. This is a very important topic and a big part of the game.

Trait achievements are AWA, not per character. And it's not entirely off-topic, at least, definitely not any more off-topic than account-wide Eidetic Memory. It is a direct comparison of other parts of the game which were made account-wide, or remained per-character -- and possible reasons behind that.

There are still almost a dozen readables in West Weald which do not have Eidetic Memory entries. It's a handful of gravestones, as well as following ones:

On Behalf of the Mages Guild of all Tamriel - The Second Era of Scribing quest, definitely not available after
Constable Seeks Deputy - Another Death in Ontus quest, not sure if available after
Groundskeeper Gaius's Map - The Missing Cohort quest, apparently not available after
Recollection Map - Seeds of Suspicion quest, apparently not available after

Also, at least one book has the name mismatch:

In-world name: Note to King Nantharion
EM name: Note to Nantharion
