Out of boredom, I checked the new tasks for Companions and I can say that all the books are obtainable. But you have to be careful, because you can skip a few.

1) A few notes you get after starting the quest (including from the crown store). Check the inventory and the moments where the NPC talks about the notes (just to be sure).
2) Check carefully any location you enter that was added in the U44 update.

Note: Notes/books for Zerith-var can also be found in the room where you first meet him.

In the case of Tanlorin there is no such thing as above, which is a pity.

They haven't addressed those books as being bugged, so they may just be hiding in some obscure location, but who knows? You'd have to spend a few hours going over every square inch of West Weald's overland, delves, and PDs to be 100% sure, and that might take a few hours

If you are on PCNA I can help you, otherwise you would need a friend do the quest up to tha point (doesn't take much time at all), and group up with them to access it.

Is there a current summary of totally bugged (unobtainable), missable bugged (which are unobtainable if you miss them) and bugged, but not hard bugged (which you can get by jumping through hoops) books?

Also, anyone got that housing book on PC/NA?

The hosuing book comes with the house that requires real world money to buy. Find a friend who has it in a house, you can then read it.

Head's up, be sure to be on the toon that you want to have read the books under Elusive Manuscripts when tracking down the Achievement Tracker of the Temporal Tomes. Once read the books disappear from their spawn points and cannot be read by other toons.

Not sure if there are other locations where these can be read. Am very disappointed since I started tracking these down not on my main reader.

And looking at your screenshot vs mine, specifically the Torug ag:

I'm going to take a guess and say you are on NA? I'm on EU. Is there a difference in Lorebooks between the two servers? I mean there shouldn't be, but it does look like there is.
