    Honest this BS so we who are ESO+ member are not loyalty enough and therefore we wont get any loyalty reward for we are just "rent" DLC well not get this reward i take it

    I agree that the first statement is misleading, but towards the end, it says "each DLC game pack will include some sort of reward for those that purchase or have access to it." So that would mean that ESO+ members will get these pets. What is unclear though, is whether you would lose them if you unsubscribe from ESO+ but don't then purchase the DLC.

    combat text is suppose to be in the chat box under a tab laballed "combat chat" so can be studied and used for varius purposes including different ways to concentrate on our builds and learn more about our personal pvp methods and bettering ourselves.
    seeing numbers fly accross the screen is not what we asked for. we were looking for a method of seeing our own personal damage and others damage in the chat box.

    please place a new tab called "combat chat" and put the combat text in that box on our chat box.

    PVP'ers crying that ZOS doesn't care about them and yet all the "balance" issues are PVP which of course affect the PVE'ers.

    I would think it would be easier to fix the imbalances related to PVP then Nerf or Buff the monsters to balance the PVE.

    allright, so if i go into sneak to move around and place myself behind some one for a sneak attack, by the time i get to the right position to do the attack i will probably be completely out of stamina?

    Also:
    if i try to stay in sneak and move around i will never at any time gain or recover ANY stamina, untill i completely STAND UP and leave sneak to regain stamina?

    Also:
    if i try to travel in sneak in cryodiil as i have since beta 2013, i will only be able to go a few feet and then have to again STAND UP and leave sneak every few seconds in order to continue traveling?

    It's the only craft which limits you even being able to craft anything without a "recipe." All writs require you to hunt down mats, but provisioning puts an additional limit in that you have to know the recipe as well. The writs are designed to help you level your craft, so you shouldn't have to spend weeks trying to find that one recipe you need so that you can actually complete the writ.

    And these are just the 6 basic green recipes at each tier - there are still plenty of recipes out there to spend your time hunting for, and the blue/purple ones that everyone actually uses, will still need to be found in the usual way.

    Ah OK. I can't remember the specifics of what people were asking for, but I'm pretty sure I saw "scrolling combat text" requested more than a "combat log". Now that SCT is in, requests for a combat log are likely to be considered. But I've also seen requests for buff trackers more than for combat logs, so those are probably going to come first.

    A ton of great changes in here! The only thing I hoped to see was some kind of increase to Heavy Armor making it more viable... unless I missed it (but I don't think I did) :p

    I do not understand the Templar changes.

    1. Breath of Life in large group PVP, is worthless. It is, however, priceless in PVE.

    2. Restricting all heals to only group members is a logical step.

    Would it not be more apropos to leave Breath of Life unchanged, and to implement the group-only heals?

    No Templar worth their weight uses Breath of Life for large groups in PVP, because it can onlyheal people. The only time that constant BoL spam is useful in Cyrodiil, is for Templars self-healing. However, Breath of Life in PVE is priceless and I cannot fathom why it would be nerfed, due to PVP issues and complaints.

    Limiting heals to groups only in Cyrodiil, would address any complaints related to large-group Breath of Life spam. It wouldn't affect a single Templar self-heal situation, but those singular instances should not necessitate a nerf. It would force people to form groups and to work together for healing purposes in Cyrodiil, however, which would be a positive change.

    Please leave Breath of Life alone. Please change Cyrodiil heals to group-only.

    It is not working this way on the PTS. You still regen while crouched. ZOS probably mean you wont regen WHILE moving in stealth, not just in stealth.

    Provisioning Update
    Vendors now sell recipes used in Provisioning Writs, which will ensure provisioners are able to reasonably complete any Provisioning Writ received.
    • Food recipes will appear on Chefs, while drink recipes show up on Brewers.
    • The recipes offered are based on your current level of Recipe Improvement, though they also will offer recipes from the previous rank as well.
    • Provisioning Writs will no longer reward these recipes.
    • Completing the certification quest for Provisioning will directly provide the recipes needed for the first tier of writs to ensure novice provisioners can immediately undertake the quests.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno ... I sell all of the excess recipes that I come across rather than throwing them away. This has made me stop to think that I don't actually know what all of the current writ recipes are. Will these recipes drop randomly in chests, containers, etc, or will they only be available for purchase from provisioning merchants? If they drop in the wild, will there be some way to tell whether it is a writ or non-writ recipe?

    Can't help but notice there's no mention about sorc shields in here lol. So they're going to be allowed to just keep shield stacking and taking ridiculous amounts of damage while putting out stupid amounts of damage....good to know. So much for balancing, right?

    @ZOS_GinaBruno , I didn't see any mention in the notes about the change that removed the second tier mats in the resource nodes for highest tier crafters in Hew's bane and Wrothgar. Anyway, thank you for actually fixing it. Also vr16 potency drop rates were fixed but not mentioned. There is a longer feedback here about crafting and harvesting.

    ZOS please hear me out. Return Breath of life to what it was and simply implement a increased cost mechanic similar to dodge roll. This will punish BOL spammers in PvP, but keep BOL as a functional Templar healing tool in PvE.

    PS: Make Toppling Charge stamina based.

    If the concern is based from the lower Critical Strike Chance, that was due to an issue with Dexterity and Pressure Points which is fixed in this update; it was just amplified for Carnage since that passive already affects crit.

    I understand the reasoning behind Templar nerf from a PvP perspective, but its going to hurt BAD for pve. I am not done leveling my templar but now im thinking of switching it to tank or maybe even dps spec as future for pve healing looks bleak for the time being.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno if you guys don't nerf sorc shields then I have no hope for you guys. I'll lose complete confidence in this company (not that I have much at this point) but to leave sorc shields alone show such a blatant disinterest in your own game it's astonishing. Sorcs are the most op class in the game. Lots of damage, lots of defense with their shields which negates the need for heals really, and the perfect escape with streak. But you're nerfing templars? Really? I didn't really want to believe that you guys don't play your own game but it's getting harder and harder NOT to believe it.

    Did you miss the cp passive that buffs damage to shields? Or that burst damage builds, now buffed with this passive, can melt shields? As for escaping, have you tried gap closers?

    Yes, you can gap close for sorcs escaping but a lot of the time they can streak more than I can ambush
