Unable to connect....

Anyone having issues connecting and staying online? I started having problems last night. Tonight it is unplayable. The 2x I was able to get in, I couldn't fast travel or even swing my sword. I recently updated the game over the weekend. I've reset my connection etc... Anyone have any idea if there is a fix coming?

I wish i had your problem. Just downloaded the game and i keep getting Login Failed "server timed out". Just want to create my character and play the game.

I opened a ticket for support, they are basically pushing it off on Microsoft. I have zero problems with my xbox amd my other online games. I think it has something to do with the recent update. Game is unplayable at this point. Where is s class action attorney when you need one!

Hey, folks. Can you try two things for us?

1. Log in to the opposite server (either EU or NA), then log back into your proper server.
2. Turn your console totally off for 5 minutes, then turn it back on.

My problem is ZOS not Xbos Live -- Im on chat using Xbox Live so I know its not Xbox - I cant either get past log in screen, or if I do happen to gt a char online - it dc's within 2 min especially if I try to use a wayshrine!!!!!!

Well, its not my modem or router, I unplugged my Xbox, restarted that didnt solve it either - therefore since None of their suggestions work - it must be them especially since it is happening to more than one person and Im sure we are on different IT services and regions.

Keep getting a connection error for na server, says make sure you have valid internet connection. Can login to eu fine...

It's something with you guys.
I was online and now just all of a sudden.

"Unable to connect to game server" all other online games work and so does party chat but we are booted

Its With you ZOS, It was working just fine then Poof!!!!!! If you can get on - dont fast travel or use a wayshrine!!!! Dont decide to switch chars Either!!!!!
After about 10 tries and Checking EVERYTHING on my end Im on but for how long - who knows!!

Trying other servers didnt work - turning off and even unplugging mu system didnt work - seeing how Im using Xbox Chat well its not them, No notices from Xbox Live on any issues, Sooo......... now who will take responsibility

It's the norm. Have support team follow normal protocol

When we get X amount of call/tickets go to step 2. Actually see wsup

I can connect to EU server. As usual.

So after a try or two. I was able to get in. So far so good. Using wayshrines and loading. I'll come back with any more issues. Anyone still havering issues?

Just got in.. Got disconnected at a wayshrine. And I'm back to square one again. Not able to load character or even get to character select screen.

Yep. I got the boot 20 minutes ago after playing for 5+ hours.
Same issue as every one else. Can't get out of the Outlaw Refuge when I get in.

I just want to add the xbl and, my connection are working fine.

Whatever at this point I'll try again in an hour or so.

I am having same issue, can't use wayshine if I get in game because during load screen it kicks me to main menu, sometimes I get stuck at main menu, and one time after waiting for cyrodil que for long time after I died I couldn't respawn then it kicked me to main menu. Restarted modem, hard reset xbox, changed to eu server, turned xbox off for 20 min and nothing worked, other games I have no issues with at all.

Whenever I enter and leave dungeons I get dc'd and it takes several attempts to get back in. Half the time I reconnect in the dungeon I am trying to exit and it boots me mid load screen. 20 minute process just to get out of a dungeon.

Fix your servers zos.

So it seems it takes tries for me to get on. I turned it off and on, it showed the same error message. Second try I got in. It shouldn't have to be like this every time I log on.

Woot 20 min game play then Poof!!!! Come on ZOS - this many having issues.. should be a sign for you to look into this.

Unable to Connect to Lobby...... This indicates this is SERVER Side, not player issue or Microsoft. Also if you do get in game - if you do anything that requires a map load - ie wayshrines, fast travel, delves - it kicks you as it cant load the map -- This is surely server side!!!!
