He is one of the BEST among the BEST NB USERS, and this is coming from a NB who ranks himself very high on the charts.

ok, il get serious on this one.
in starting a build you should know what you really want to. open world pvp or duel, im the one who focuses on duelling build. if you want a duel build consider your ping or latency, as duelling requires good timing on everything. i have a very bad ping, so i always think of the easiness of execution of skills, which in other words i call it playability. so making a playable build means easy execution, you have room for errors as delay will most probably happen on your side. a concept which everyone are overlooking was durability or survivability. survivability is directly related to playability. so if you have a bad ping, you cant make a build which will require you combos of skills thats hard to pull thru. after you deal with the survivability of your build, and you find it to be able to survive then you cab proceed to the next aspect of build. but keep in mind, survivability is a wide topic which i may discuss later. next aspect is your dps or damage per second, it is different with burst damage. most mistake by players is concentrating on dps without any idea about....

I am playing with a Khajiit NB with duel weapons. I use siphon and cloak a lot. Plus the one that uses both weapons at once to steal health. All of my charactor points are into stamina and magic but mostly stamina. This has worked great with PvE however since I'm only lvl 37 nothing works great PvP. I also have the fighter guild crossbow bolt slotted for fighting undead. I'm my opinion it is an insanity fun build for PvE since nobody ever sees me.

Taga, if you want to theory craft a build on the forums don't rock up saying it's going to be the best NB build ever then start calling great NBs bad.

Once you see this new build in action, thats the only time you can say "it is definitely the best NB build"

This is not just a theorycraft without basis. You just cant tell NB has no self-heal, theres just too many ways to survive without using hiding and resto warding. And since youre too focused on your build you cant see that the best is still out there, noone has discovered it yet.

No... I speak for all NB thoery crafters when we say we know what the **** we are doing... you just assume we know nothing cuz you see us play a certain way.

There are still 2 ways that gives a lot more healing if you improve it. Its not funnel health or swallow soul either. Answer this to prove that you know what youre doing, and that youre not missing anything.

Blood Craze + twin sisters. x2 axes will make all your attacks do bleed damage.
blood craze makes all bleeds turn into heals, that + refreshing path.

Blood Craze will turn twin sisters into a heal.
BAM! lol thats one method.
also running high crit will increase healing from bleeds and the path

Swallow soul will also increase healing recived ;P (not using it, just slotting it for the heal boost) all that added togather with above ^ works.
ALSO you can siphoning attacks morph for returning HP

I could explain WAY more methods I dont care to share with you
