    - Pots not working due to the major buffs being active on your character already and cant be overwrited. (spell power and wep power pots)

    - Disorient skills go through block: Petrify, Streak, Luminous Shards and Agony all work through block. You will always get CCed.

    - Tooltips need to be done in regards to criticals. Some of them say 2090 and khajiit passive says 125% and it gives 6%. You need to redo them.

    - Inferno: unmorphed has no 15% reduce magicka

    - Inferno + Magelight stacks

    I have 1 character on the NA megaserver. Logged into him on the PTS, and his equipped horse was the "old" Light Horse, despite only owning the black Stamina Horse. Here's what that looked like:

    After I went into a delve and came out again, I could not mount anymore, receiving an error message about not owning a horse. I went into the collectibles menu and set my black horse to the active one and then it all worked fine again.

    Justice System related:

    When guards accost you, you hear what they're saying loud and clear but as soon as dialogue is initiated the voice of the guard is muted (very quiet).

    Luminous Shards/Blazing Spear appears to stun everything in its range. I seem to always have the Illuminate buff listed on my character sheet, even though I have not used a Dawn's Wrath skill recently. Further, the Alchemy passive that increases Potion duration ( I forget the name at work) is listed as a constant buff on my sheet as well.

    I'm sorry but you are wrong here. I have looted thousands of containers (not water nodes but containers like backpacks and desks) in Cyrodiil and I have possibly looted in Cyrodiil more than anyone else in the game. I even looted tons of containers back when it was a level 50 zone and not a level VR5 zone. I have never found level 40 filtered water in the containers. I have always found Purified Water in the various containers. I cannot even recall finding Cloud Mist in Cyrodiil. The inclusion of Filteted Water now is a bug, especially since I found it multiple times yesterday while finding no Purified Water or Cloud Mist. The loot table in Cyrodiil is currently jacked up and needs to be fixed.

    The new set bonus for deadly strike set grants 0% crit chance, Also hundings rage crit bonus at vet 12 green is only 1% and night mother as well. Didn't see anything about them changing these sets.

    Dreugh King Slayer is displaying a mere 2% weapon crit as is Undaunted Infiltrator.

    Rings aren't scaling as well as they used too. For example, VR5 Ring of Syrabane is now offering 42 Magicka recovery, VR11 Band of the Shadow Walker gives 53 Stamina recovery. They used to be 13 and 16. Maybe the Champion System is supposed to make up for these adjustments (I hate to say nerfs).

    They all have a horse if it was the same horse. The mounts are account wide. Open the collection menu and select the horse to activate the mount. If you had two different types of horses on live, then there would be two types in the mount section. All of the horses averaged to get your riding skills. AND if you have the Imperial edition, the horse is automatically in the mount section.

    They are not averages but the highest stat you have of each type is combined onto that characters horse skill.

    All of them are displaying 0%, 1% or 2% from what I can see.

    Had a friend check Aether set and it is a 2%+2% bonus. Imperium Set is now a 1% bonus to spell crit.

    It is indeed intentional. The idea was to test the base abilities, and eventually their morphs as well.

    Lol, who would you expect to do that? We aren't getting paid for this you know....

    In fact it's the opposite, I'm not going to pay you to have the pleasure of grinding skills to test them for you on a non-permanent server.

    The PTS is there for players to test what ZOS want tested not act as an 'early start' for the world-first-fixated, you know.

    I am well aware what PTS is for as I have been on it for a very long time, not just for this update.

    As in the past PTS, it would have been quite a simple matter for them to have low level templates available to test base level skills. A template that is ranked at VR14 with all gear, enchantments, bling, etc.maxed out was availble to test with all morphs ready. Not difficult to understand.

    I am having major horse issues as well. My main has two horses: one from months ago when I was just starting out & had no idea what I was doing, and a 2nd horse (set as my active horse), which had 50 points in speed. However, when I logged in and mounted up, I was sitting on top of a black horse (which I have never purchased. I found that this mount's attributes were those of my non-active slow horse. So, I switched to the my imperial horse, and my fast-horse's speed was still nowhere to be found.

    Later. I logged in with a V1 alt that also had a max speed horse. When I logged on, I found that this alt's mount had the stats of one of my low level character's horses (3 speed).

    Definitely. It's almost like the physics the horses have when Rapid Maneuvers is cast. My problem is with regular terrain. I have noticed that when running round slightly sloped terrain, my horse will stop as if caught on a stone, although no stone is there. It will slow down significantly (almost to a stop) before regaining momentum and continuing at full speed. There's something buggy going on with the horses.

    I healed someone fighting a guard in Mournhold and was labeled a fugitive (working as intended I assume), but when I realized I was marked for death and tried to feel I got screen-freezing lag and died when the guard easily caught up to me.
    -Casting radiant Aura does not give the caster the 20% buffs.
    -If you cast a long lasting HoT(mutagen/restoring aura) and they go and commit a crime before it goes away, you will be attacked by guards anyway. Even if your in an entirely different places by the time they commit the crime.

    This sounds intentional... Maybe ZOS finally figured out a way to prevent us from spamming abilities in towns & banks. I know alotta people were complaining about healing springs spam in banks.
    The new Templar execute has a terrible 1-1.5 second delay after pressing the button before the skills goes off.

    Agreed. There's a pretty major delay with this skill going off. The ability does not feel responsive.

    Stuck in combat 13 minutes total after combat . Not able to mount . Not sure if this is a bug or what ZOS has listed as a timer .

    I believe horses should share their stats across all characters. If my main have 50 on both speed and carry weight, then my alt should be able to use it too, not needing to level it all over again. Feeding should be account wide, so if my main first feed the horse, then my alt can do the same after the waiting time has expired and both feeds should apply to the same horse (assuming the horse has 0 stamina, my main feed 1 stamina and my alt also feed 1 stamina, then the horse should have 2 stamina if I want to use it in another character).

    Also, I have noticed that when you feed a carry weight food (oats I think) the character bag space do not get updated automatically. It does when you pick up an item.

    When I first logged in my inventory space had shrunk (didn't count my extra mount space?) and I lost several items. Eventually the 30 of the 40 missing slots returned somehow without me doing anything but the rest are still AWOL.

    EDIT: OK, the still missing 10 are from the new mount system shorting me that many from what I had on my horse before 1.6.

    RE-EDIT: Happened again with another character, but loading/activating a horse didn't seem to help as has been suggested.

    I've also encountered this. Sometimes on log in, carry capacity from horses isn't added. Anything that would have been stored in those slots is instantly deleted.

    This has lead to a situation where I can't really test crafting on PTS because most of my materials were eaten.

    Stealth - The eye seems to open no matter what if you are in the area of a resource. The area seems to be quite wide too.

    Crazy heavy attack damage - I was hit by a 37k heavy attack from a fire staff yesterday. First death of the day today.

    Lethal Arrow - It now seems to ignore the dodge/roll mechanic and in a sense pull you out of dodge/roll.

    I've noticed no difference in the way cloak works....

    Fair enough, I think I was a bit out of kilter. The water that you get from containers (backpacks etc) in a zone is usually one grade higher than the "pure water" nodes found in that zone. So Cyrodiil, which has Filtered Water at the nodes, would have Purified Water most often in containers. Maybe they adjusted the probability rate so that the higher grade is now rarer in these containers?

    I can't log into other characters I have created. I can log into my one veteran character fine, but the rest never make it past the loading screen. I would like to try out provisioning more with one that is a master chef with nearly all the recipes.

    Most the bugs I encounter also cause the game to crash. I submit reports on what happened, but mostly occurs when: Feeding as a vampire (a blue streak appears, then crashes), wayshrine to another town, fighting a guard causes extreme frame rate issues, then crashes, also crashes when entering any type of crowded building with NPCS. Wish I could give the bug number, but I don't get a chance to do it without a hard crash of the game.

    Previously, Filtered Water was only available from Cold Harbour and a few oddball scaled instances. This made it one of the hardest alchemy ingredients to obtain, because Cold Harbour doesn't actually have pure water drops. You're limited to picking it up off desks and other places.

    I think it was supposed to show up in The Rift, Bangkorai, and Reaper's March, but those would only give you the level 30 water, for some reason.

    So, this might not actually be a bug.

    Sometimes my floating disco ball (Radiant Magelight) doesn't appear when I toggle the ability on. It isn't just faded, like what sometimes happens with Inner Light in the pre 1.6 version of the game, it is simply absent.

    Patch notes for Lightning Splash. I did post this comment on the patch notes but nothing was clarified:

    "The Synergy damage now scales off of stamina/power."

    Can this be elaborated on? Does this mean whoever activates the synergy will have the damage scale off of their stamina/power regardless of if it's their highest stat?

    Or will it scale off of the highest stat that someone has?And will it be stamina/magicka or weapon damage/spell damage..Perhaps it's just me not understanding..

    After using Y+click to send it ahead and doing so successfully, sometimes it glitches and won't fight again in any subsequent fights even if directly attacked... it just stands there.

    Only solution is to unsummon/resummon

    Too many stealable containers versus normal lootable containers. This just an irritation for crafters. Even areas occupied by hostiles have stealable containers or they are completely empty. Make castles and open areas lootable and only market places stealable.
