Role play has little to do with this.

The Fighter's Guild is designed to Kill the Undead.

Everyone in game is a magicka user at some point. Everyone doesn't make the choice to become a Vampire or Werewolf.

Those who do, should NOT have access the the Fighter's Guild skill lines. Vampire and Werewolf are special skill lines. Fighter's Guild is the only skill line specifically designed to kill them.

Trap beast? Ring of Preservation, Evil Hunter, Skilled Tracker? Banish the Wicked...Slayer?

Fighter's Guild is here to bring order to imbalance. The Undead. Silver bolts works just fine.

Its been stated aswell about 50 times in previous posts that only a handful of vamps could (or wanted to) pull off the batswarm exploit. So for christ sake, find a new leading point for your arguments.

It can be reflected. If aimed at a vamp on reflection; you take the damage intended.

some exploiters created an addon to have vampires marked with a dot over the head so they all spamm silver shards like mad and moslty they krit for 6k hp ffs i only hve 3.2k with food

I'm vampires hunter and please do not fix this is not bug is a way how any vampire's have to die and always will be.
I want to be vampire but I don't want to take any dmg ? Are you for real ?

Funny how people cry about one exploit and then are happy about an exploit they use. You're all trash. Exploiters are all worthless little noobs who need a crutch because they suck.

What's this about vampires being unkillable and how can I get in on it? They are easier to kill than non vamps thanks to fire weakness and 75% reduced health regen. Fire ballista and fire trebs will 2 shot a vamp, oil 1 shots.

All of this "silver bolts fine cuz vamps hurt my feelings" QQ is some of the most asinine discussion I've had the displeasure of reading on these forums.

Claiming that it's ok because you need payback for vampire synergies being broken on launch is a complete non sequiter, but then again those arguments were never about making a valid point.

Just by the use of "tamriel foundry" addon (wich all should use anyways) you can see from the buff on the character who is a vamp and who is not.

Also not quite sure what "krit" or "spamm' really is, but I can tell you for sure that if you are getting 6k hits, you need to stop mixing moon sugar with wine.

What kind of wording is this? Have you not seen my screenshots or anyone elses? I have several screenshots of death recaps and this is the only thing hitting me. Sorry but we don't believe, we know. It's a verifiable fact that Silver Bolts and it's morphs are 1 shotting vamps. I have put in over 30 hours in Cyrodiil this weekend and died from 1 shots over 100 times easily.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ if ZOS is unaware of this issue, you really are dropping the ball. Please look into this immediately.

Maybe about 1% of vampires could pull off the vampire exploit (probably less). while 100% of players can use silverbolts if their competent enough to drag it on their bar. I dont know about you but i can solve simple math and 1% is considerably lower than 100%. Please stop ignoring facts. Any way you look at it the only reason people want to keep the silverbolts as it is, is because their bad players and need an extreme crutch to pretend their good.
And dear everyone else, please come back with an original argument for why silverbolts should be kept, because the anti-exploitbolt side as come up with several original arguments to refute the #ineedacrutch team

People have been using a crutch against vamps for three months now. You were NEVER supposed to be able to root them while they're in mist form. I taloned one tonight. So where are all the posts calling to get that fixed?

Its because thats not a major problem, its more a minor annoyance to most vamps. Plus you can't oneshot with talons, mistform negates 75% of the damage from that plus the speed to get away. Theres no damage avoidance if they manage to get a silverbolt off. TBH I didnt realise that was a glitch. Figured it worked because like most AoEs bypass the invis.

I had stated in a previous post I agree with cutting off the fighters guild treeline to vamps/wolfs because it would make sense seeing as human scum don't have access to our trees.
And I used other reasons. Stated by other players, the ones that make sense but seem to be ignored.

Example. Vampires and Werewolves have access to the Fighters Guild skill lines. Oh well. Your human. I should be able to shove my hand into your squishy human chest and rip out your still beating heart.

Where's my oneshot humans spell sir? Putting lore aside for a second. Its an MMO the spells are meant to have counters to give both sides an equal fighting chance. If you'd like them to leave in the oneshot vampires spell your going to have to have them push the bat swarm exploit back into the game to make it even. Though somehow keeping both those insanely OP spells in the game doesn't seem much fun for werewolfs. Lets also give them their wolf form where they can charge into crowds and dismember people with their bear hands (paws?).
