It's called Mage's Guild. Mage is short for Magician. Magicians perform/use magic. So that thread would not make any sense. You guys have it all wrong. Silver bolts does not need to be "fixed". It actually should be brought up properly to the lore by making it inflict "permanent death" when it hits.
Pretty soon there will be more vampires at all. And you should be able to use it on your own faction. Damn blood drinkers. That way you can kill the ones that don't make it to Cyrodiil.

Ok @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , we're glad you're on it, but an exploit that 70% of people are using as their first attack vs everyone just to see if they're a vampire because they know it is a 1 button kill at the moment, requires a HOTFIX. So get off your butts and fix it already ffs. It's been what, 3 days? Do we need to start writing the code as well as paying subscription fees for this game to work as intended? If so, please let me know, I'd gladly help you.

The Fighter's Guild is designed to Kill the Undead.
Everyone in game is a magicka user at some point. Everyone doesn't make the choice to become a Vampire or Werewolf.
Those who do, should NOT have access the the Fighter's Guild skill lines. Vampire and Werewolf are special skill lines. Fighter's Guild is the only skill line specifically designed to kill them.
Trap beast? Ring of Preservation, Evil Hunter, Skilled Tracker? Banish the Wicked...Slayer?
Vampires roaming around in guilds and packs...swarming and killing everyone...lol
Not anymore.
Fighter's Guild is here to bring order to imbalance. The Undead. Silver bolts works just fine.

No I don't care about RP, but being Vampire/ WW should 1: Be rare and 2: come at a price.
Currently I could say that at least HALF of Cyrodiil's population are Vampires, and the only real issue they have to deal with is the fire thingy which can be seriously reduced with only 1 ring.
I won't even mention how extremelly powerfull passives such as Dark Stalker or Undeath are...
