Also, EP was pretty well pinned down all night last night at Arrius until AD decided to flank DC and come after Ash, Glade and Ales all at once. AD is the wildcard - whatever they decide to do will really decide the winner of this campaign.
However, all the AD Aussie's who like to come on here and claim they just want to fight people.....We defended our bases and then came to fight you in the field at Nikel. Was an easy 20K AP just roaming around in front of Nikel killing group after group after group. Probably some of the best open field PvP I have been able to get out of this title. /salute @ the Aussies. I love you guys!! When we have Aussies in TS with us - it makes our group and banter so much fun. The cursing with those accents is just fantastic

I remember when this was a nightly (Oceanic) occurrence as DC. Jump into Cyro, have 80 odd EP camping both gates. I believe we were told to go get more people for that TZ."DC had a strong lead in the beginning, but they eventually lost that lead due to the sheer tenacity of their opponent. However, DC could not recoup the loss themselves, so they recruited the help of the Oceanic AD to cap EP's scrolls at 5am when the majority of the campaign was sleeping. "

EP was behind 40k+ in score, but then they finally worked together. They fought with their hearts and minds to overcome the torrent of Smurfs who dominated Wabba. After a month of tough fighting from both sides, EP finally took the lead.
*At this point EP got the band-wagoners that all the factions dislike. Prior to that, EP had equal population relative to DC. Now, all factions are equal during NA prime time.*
The way I remember it was EP had a massive amount of players in the Oceanic TZ, to the point of 1bar on DC / AD vs Pop Lock on EP. There was no desperate victories for EP, they went and recruited a boatload of players. Do you not remember people saying Wabba would be the new EP 'owned' campaign?

Doesn't EP already have at least one 'made' campaign? Pretty sure every faction has at least one. I don't get this thread.

I myself think EP will win the campaign, idc how much crying they do, it will be interesting to see how it turns out. EP is not as helpless as you Dc ppl seem to think. heck, yall are having a hard time catching up, and you are in an alliance! you have no room to talk crap! but DC could still win. I doubt Ad even has a chance, so its between DC and EP, iv seen both factions whoop some butt, so it will be interesting to see what happens.0 -

Where were you when we took Aleswell?
Were you that group who we wiped once and then went and took Ash? So after an hour of trying to bait you into a fight we took Ash, then couldn't find any DC, so we then took Glade, and once again you came after us once and then never came back?
Honestly its starting to feel like sides are learning the names of the people in organised groups and just avoiding them. But ok if that's how it is we'll come to you, but thats how you get locked in your keep because if we can't fight we start trying to herd the zerg by taking keeps so that you have to go through a certain route to get out.
Im actually going to check out of this thread, given the campaign is almost over. I promise i'll start whining again if the new campaign where all the vets are either on 30 day or 7day servers are void of combat. As i said i promise, i know you'll all miss my whining over the next week and a half, i love you too.0 -

I'm going to have to say... no. Nothing zergs as hard as AD.
There is no more common a sight in Cyrodiil than a yellow zerg. I rarely encounter a fight with AD that isn't a zerg. That's just my perspective.
But it's the most common opinion that AD only zergs from the perspective of red and blue. Possibly because you present the largest zergs to be found in the game - or it's just true: AD only zergs. I don't know. As a player who prefers smallscale fighting I can say that I don't find much of that with AD at all. To be honest I prefer fighting AD because I find them to be less skillful individually than the commie reds and that suits me because I'm severely lacking in skill or.. soberness mostly. I just like to have fun and finding players as inept as me is the answer. Reds are too serious. So break up those yellow zergs a little more for awful players like me please. :P
I think Bubbles might give AD a run for the zerg-master title if he keeps on the way he is. But he's gotta get that AP...
And I dont know how it is on factions besides DC... but the groups that are attempting coordination; and even the daily ones on voice com are nothing more than glorified zergs.
After spending a few afternoons sampling the different groups and their strategies... I now dont care to even PUG - at all. Ill just solo til my guild gets running for real action.
Everyone just wants to fight fight fight! They are all too busy to take time to understand (or even care) how the game actually works.
F it! As long as you get LOADS of AP at the end of the day, right?

✭This morning on Wabba an AD group was attacking kings..not taking it mind you..just tearing down the walls trying to bait ppl up to the LM so they could farm ap.
They came to the courtyard once and when they got hit with three siege weapons, they packed up at full health and went back up to LM.(to continue firing at walls.)

Yesterday AD camped Bleakers with a pack of former emps and oil pots for hours...HOURS..farming ap...Is this what ZOS had in mind with PvP?..LAME
ZOS definitely needs to make it so up to 15 mins of a target being killed the ap gain for killing that target diminishes incrementally(so kill me once..100 ap for you...kill me again within 15 mins...50...again before the 15 mins is up..15...then 5)Edited by Tintinabula on 15 June 2014 12:393 -

We fill our groups with as many people, pugs included, and try to do the most important objectives we can. We don't just go and do our own thing, we defend important keeps and attack others. We don't just go like "Hey lets go take glademist farm because theres a quest!".
edit: On the side note I think anyone who is in pvp and types the words "WTS/WTB/WTT/ or any other merchanting method should be kicked from the pvp zone. There are tons of cities and places to sell things, and PvP has a limit on the amount of people there. I don't see you guys trying to get all the central keeps. I heard those are important. What I do see is a lot of capture the flag playing followed by a lot of having to defend our homefront from both sides because both end up provoked by those actions.
Did you notice what happened as soon as you came over with the scroll of Ni-Mohk your TS team took from DC the other day. The whole of AD decided to come for us too then, followed by a mass of DC. Now all of our scrolls are gone thanks to the AD/DC tag team. Where was the TS team when were were getting double teamed?0 -

I know it could be shocking but maybe what we think is more important as the objective, isnt what you think is the most important objective.
As for the scroll thing, if it's the same one I recall, we were coordinating with another group for that actually, and we got it due to both of us.
As for that second part, here is what you sound like: You guys took a scroll, arguably one of the most important things in the game, but then couldn't defend it against 2 factions? Why not?
Look, one group can't do everything believe it or not. We aren't a magical force that comes in to save the day. We do what we can. There are literally hundreds of other people in PvP who can be doing something else, and I don't know why you are putting all of this pressure on our one group.0 -

Ummm I said nothing about any other group besides mine. I don't know why you think I was 'calling out' your group or saying you should be doing something?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I just re read my posts and I said nothing about any other group besides saying that we were coordinating with another group to get the scroll.
I don't know what you read or misunderstood, but I have said nothing bad towards you or your group(s), nor have I said that YOU should be defending against 2 factions.
edit: I just realized that we aren't the group you're thinking of. We took a scroll from AD the other day, not DC. I think it was Ghartok scroll? I don't remember, either way, I don't think we're 'that' group. Either that or I wasn't online at that time, in which case I have nothing to say about it.
