Do you want this game to die? Can someone please explain why they are doing things that clearly *** people off? You guys need to explain why you do things like this. It really pisses me off when you take something down from like 3 to 1 per hit.

Dude... that's like 3,6,9,12,15 to 1,2,3,4,5. WHAT? lol 3 TIMES slower charge?

That's quite a nerf. Jesus guys. Stop before you run everybody away.

    IMHO, it did need some balancing. Crit build toons were generating ultimate abilities too rapidly. Especially crit builds that have a ton of reduced ultimate cost stacked up.

    People like you that want the nerfing of things like this that aren't super overpowered like the bugged bats are the worst. Dude just leave them alone. Fine, have it your way. I'm 2 seconds from quitting. When this game fails, you can thank yourself partially for agreeing to the alienation of players by these nerfs.

    My character is a lot less fun now. I'm aoe and crit based. I can't use my ultimate as much anymore. I thought something was broken when I logged back in. They just can't stop screwing with nightblades can they.

    Plus they recently just nerfed our weapon crit amount too. This is just another silent slap to the face. I've never been so mad at a game like this as now. They need to stop.

    And another thing, their little enhancement
    Catalyst: Increase the effectiveness of this ability to a higher percentage.

    Oh wow 10%. It already does crap anyway. 10% isn't even going to be noticeable. Oh wow, my red bar got healed another 2mm. That's maybe 1/10 of the usual damage against us. It's so insignificant.

    Main issue was people with crit builds and a ton of damage over time abilties were able to generate a godly amount of Ultimate.

    An example is having a Dragonknight being able to have 3-5 standards up at the same time. (used dragonight but other classes could have done something similar if they built a dot crit build).

    Ultimate usage was getting a little out of hand and while I normally disagree with nerfs, I felt something had to be done. Not sure if this was the best way to go about it though. Personally I would have placed a soft/hard cap on ultimate gains per second and make it only while in combat. Either that or placed a reuse timer on all ultimate like 30 seconds (with new jewelry enchants similar to the potions reduce reuse timer). But I know that would have pissed off people also. lol.

    Ironic that they say all the things about NB fixes (hopes) but yet they drop a nice swath nerf for all.

    This would have made sense for AOE abilities only. This absolutely kills all of us single target nightblades. Not to mention completely ruins any reasons to pick up med armor for the crit passives. Guess I will grab my dress and staff and take it like a man...... no ***

    AoEs hit more than one target at a time, so they still generate ultimate faster. This is the problem, people aren't gaining crazy ultimate from single target, yet again it is being punished by haphazard nerfing.

    Because right now combat is eigther about who has their ultimate ready or Stun locking your target. Its looks like they are heading in the right direction where it will actually be about play skill in combat. NOT who ever can use their ultimate every 30 seconds wins

    I cant spam my Ultimate any more... so what?
    Everyone who needs his Ulti on every trash-grp does something wrong as this is ment to be an addition!

    Then be done and go seriously. Posts about how your going to leave are not constructive at all. Its apparent people were gaining ultimate faster than expected. Im the broken Nightblade and my ultimate is always ready to go. That never seemed right to me and its across the board. Its not just one class that doesn't gain ultimate as fast its all of us.

    It needed to be balanced for sure, but from 3 to 1? That's kind of a massive jump that's going to net ZOS a HUGE amount of community pushback and backlash. I wouldn't be surprised if they either revert the change entirely or buff the generation up to 2 instead of 1 within the next few days. I can see this nerf being exactly like the templar nerf; "oops too hard of a nerf our bad"

    Do NB or something have a lot of DOTs because Sorcerors do not. Just lightning splash which very very short duration.

    Hmmm, takes longer to build Ultimate, ok I'll make sure I save it for the bosses.

    The only aspect of this that really bothers me is the high cost of the werewolf ultimate, it's going to take longer now to get the much saved up.
    Otherwise I would agree with the change, my normal ultimate always seems to be up.

    Not a bad idea since you can get 100% and more crit in this game to 1-2-3 shot players. Why generate ultimate normally to just make your already heavy damage build, follow up with extremely heavy damage ultimates.

    Sadly this will affect my 25% crit build as well, and i rely on my low cost ultimate for my damage.

    They could have increased Banner Cost or they could have increased banner cost if one was active or they could have not allowed more than one active at a time. Nerfing everyone was a terrible idea.With a NB the best I managed to get was a 3 second overlap on veil of blades using all my tricks and this happened only once or twice when going against a pull of 12 by mistake.

    Medium armor must have been over performing. This change hits medium armor the hardest. There were reports of a night blade in medium armor in VR content, that needed fixing.

    Apply seven cloth armor patches to skin, and apply one destro staff rectally.
