We want to give everyone a heads up that we've invited a small number of players to visit ZeniMax Online this week. These players will be playtesting some of our upcoming content and features with the goal being to get early, targeted feedback and suggestions.
We invited players from around the world and with varying playstyles on both PC and console. Some are hardcore theorycrafters, others are more casual. Some livestream the game or create other types of content, others are more well-known contributors on the forums. We purposely chose a diverse group of players, but the one thing they all have in common is their dedication and thorough knowledge of ESO.
The selected players have signed an NDA and while you may see some of them mention that they'll be at ZOS this week, please understand they aren't able to discuss specifics from the play session until next week. You can expect to see details from their trip, if they choose to post, starting April 3.

I don't think it's related to the reps in any way (although some of the guys selected for the tests MAY as well be selected as reps).
It's the same as last year's event, before Morrowind's release. They invited 10-20 players to test the new stuff internally, under NDA.
Last year there was criticism because many of the "select few" were reknown streamers. There was fear of elitist choices and conflict of interest.
We'll see who's there this year. It's easy : just check if people are playing/posting/streaming. If they're not (and usually do not take breaks), it means they're there.2 -

There's 12 of us. A couple are streamers, but most of us are not. I'll let the others reveal who they are if they're so inclined.

I actually regally do vet dungeons with an Orc DK healer. As long as the group knows to stay in front of them and there is no BoL to save you (stop standing in stupid) they work pretty well.Please ask them to try out some tough content comprised of a group with a DK healer, NB tank, and two stamplar DPS...
