Too expensive. It isn't that inconvenient to just go to town and take care of business. I would have preferred an option to hire assistants with in-game gold. A large upfront sum or a smaller amount for a certain period of time.

That's more than six months of ESO+ crowns for two NPCs that, at best, save you a few minutes every couple hours. Completely ridiculous IMO.

As someone so close to 100% all pve achivs I am giving up on the game for a bit because of time gated achivs and vma no death being literally bs. So no I wont be spending money or even playing that much anymore..

I voted, but I wouldn't have bought either at ANY price. I disagree with their inclusion. Their design just peeves me off. How the frack do they explain that everyone has the EXACT same NPC that they can summon? What's the narrative of THAT?

And making them a buy-one-always-have tool they are dooming towns to become deserted wastelands...

Whatever... I've had just about enough with these stupid design decisions.

Considering how easy it is to find a merchant and bank then the price kills the need for convenience. They have surely misjudged this and I'd hold back from purchasing because I'm hoping ZoS will see the errors of their ways and drop the price.

5K for both, and I might grudgingly pull the trigger. 5K each is just ridiculous for the small amount of convenience they would provide. I can't imagine this makes sense financially. It cost them nothing to sell these things once they sunk the cost on the programming. If cutting the price in half would double the sales, it would make financial sense to do so. From what I am reading, very few people are going to buy these as is. I actually have one of those Job things people hear so much about (and a good one at that). If I am saying too much $$$, I have to imagine most of the player base is in the same spot.

Agreed. Not only will I not buy anything from the store - I'm a subscriber and that's the whole extent of my contribution to the game - but the assistants will probably have a negative impact on the game for the reasons you state.

I'd also add that they feel like a money grab instead of a genuine effort to deal with inventory issues. Hopefully some day player housing will provide some non-idiotic (e.g. rented) storage system to expand on the bank and backpack.
