I didn't see this mentioned before, and I know we are encouraged to play our characters the way that we want, but I just feel like the player that uses this piece is never going to live up to their full potential.

✭So.... a staff that gives Bow Damage that can never be used.....ummm.....seriously!?
I get that some people run a Resto on their second bar for healing, but wouldn't you want that to hit a 5th bonus on a different set!?!?!?!?!?
Why on earth would ANYONE gimp themselves with this Resto Staff....None of the Resto Staff Skill line would benefit from the 5th bonus at all..... It's all magicka!

zerosingularity✭✭✭✭That item is 100% useless. Sure you might have a stam skill on your resto bar, like evasion or immovable and have cost reduction on it, but you do not get the damage buff at all, since bow skills cannot be used on a staff bar.
Lets not even get into the fact that using a resto staff on a stam build is silly. (Except for the small quick siphon cases.)
