Fix the issues ZOS

ZOS I have had it with your support. Yesterdays patch caused a lot of bugs everyone has told you about them yet you completely ignore them. For example

1 Quests are missing from your journal
2 so much lag makes the game unplayable
3 constant rollbacks and crashes
4 achievements missing

Lets not forget the new issue of getting login timeouts and 301 errors. Me and a lot of other people cannot even get into the game. I can't believe you let this patch go through most of the bugs were told to you during testing but you still sent it out.
The achievement bug was warned about and now you say it could take a few weeks to get a fix out. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! fix your broken game already and stop adding more bugs. The least you could do is acknowledge the issues and say that your working on a fix. I did not pay to be unable to play the game.
Oh and yes I do know that games have bugs but it is unacceptable to not even bother letting your customers know what is going on.

I just want someone to acknowledge that the log in issue is a thing they're looking in to and not the constant "do these steps and it'll be fine" because this ain't working.

At this point I don't even care about the bugs, I JUST WANT TO LOG IN.

Great now they fixed the vet difficulty. Yes it needed to be fixed but what about the people who can't even login. They have got to be joking :(

Hey there, everyone. We'd like to provide some additional information on some of the issues associated with this recent patch. The missing achievements are not actually missing, as it's strictly a visual UI error. Rest assured, all your data still exists, so you can still continue to play and gain achievements. We'll be pushing a fix as soon as we can.

The quest rollback issue has been fixed since today's patch. Keep in mind that if you completed one step of a quest that was changed with the patch, you may be required to start the quest again. If you accepted or progressed at all on a step for which the prerequisites were changed, it may get removed entirely from your Journal and you will need to re-accept it once you have the correct prerequisites. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns, be sure to submit a ticket so that our Support Team can investigate further.

We appreciate your patience, and for helping to report these issues. In the future, be sure to also check out our Dev Tracker so you can stay up-to-date on any developer posts. Thanks!

Thank you for commenting. So is they're anything you can say about people who are getting the login timeout issue. An answer to that would be welcome and make me happy :)

The Champion System should have rewarded Champion Points based off of achievements and feats earned through excelling at end game content not grinding your life away vs mobs in order to stay competitive. This system is uncreative and is a great example of extremely lazy system design. Yes, you should be embarrassed

Is it just me, or does the customer support not give a strait answer when we ask about not being able to log-in? or a fix on the memory leak.

Could be that they can't say much until they get the official go from the higher ups. If they were to say something that turned out to be wrong, they can get in trouble with both the community and the actual devs.

I think we really need to keep things in perspective here. They ARE fixing things, and sometimes things go wrong. With a major release like this, if you set your expectations for absolute perfection, you set yourself up for unnecessary frustration. I don't think it is really productive to post threads saying basically "get your s*** together ZOS."

Now I admit, I myself have suggested I might put the game on hold if they didn't get the bot situation under control, which they are making progress on. But I wouldn't go so far as to post shame threads about known issues.

Seriously, just spare yourself the frustration and enjoy the game best you can. Or enjoy something else for a while and come back to it. Life is too short to be full of rage.

Could be, but could they at least hint that they are trying to fix it. Cool they fixed the VR stuff, but i would think that ppl not being able to play at all would take priority.

They're lucky Wildstar turned out to be even a worse pos imo. If not they definitely would have seen the last 30 bucks from a gametime card from me. Why gametime card? Because after 40 days they still have 77.94 locked up on my credit card that has never been released back. Problem which also got the "were escalating to the next department" email. Which seems to be Zenimax code for "we can't fix this issue for you, so we're going to let it just sit there till you go away or it magically fixes itself." Didn't we tell you we had magic in this game? Wait for some of that to fix it.

The "Dev Tracker" still does not track all posts by Devs - look for your post previous to this one in the tracker from 5/23: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/comment/884480/#Comment_884480

the one prior does not show up either also from 5/23: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/comment/884423/#Comment_884423

I cannot make any sense out of patchwork/pinterest copycat style of the dev tracker format, but my search works and I assume it is supposed to be chronological by some order of left/right and then some random and untold fraction of up/down and thus I should see all posts from 5/23 before I start seeing those from 5/22.

Prime example of crap, I mean form over function.

I don't think any MMO has ever had a content update that didn't come out buggy, no amount of testing can prepare things for the masses that it is required to support on the live server. I haven't heard anything about PTS players experiencing these problems (if they have been reporting it then this is just slack). Point is this is obviously a top priority, they have had posts up the wazoo about it so just be patient. It's not like the nightblades who have to wait months for a fix, it will take days if not hours....

This was a looong time ago and not as good coding, but the early days of the wonderful game Everquest, had memory leaks every now and then. Took months before that got fixed. Zoning, even on a good computer, could take 5-10 mins.....and we still sat there and played! Whee!

But yeah, even the big monster WoW had several "half" days offline in the first YEAR. Its frustrating but I bet we are able to play later today

Zenimax seams to keep replying all around the clock. Poor things probebly dont even get to think about sleeping.

The only place I experienced rollbacks was yesterday in Stonefalls...and that definitely seems to be fixed. These "rollbacks" people are talking to are actually server crashes. Basically, the shard you're on crashes before it can save your data, so everyone on the shard gets "rolled back" to the point where they entered that shard. This could be your last login, but it is more often the last time you zoned.

I cant believe I say this, but maybe not play ESO for a few hours? If someone told me that and I havnt been awake now for 2 days straight, Ill shield bash them! The OP version.

    Less frustration is good!

Then again, when I wake up from my soon coma...cause I am falling asleep on the keyboard. Ill be in again as soon as I fix some breakfast and enough red bulls to....enough red bulls!

As you can see the NA servers are still screwed up A lot of people can't even login. I know less frustration is good but most people wouldn't have frustration if ZOS actually tried communicating with their customer base. Shield bash!

Apreciate the feedback, but what about the gigantic technical issues that got introduced with the latest patch?

    - invisible ghosts

I had to do a complete install as the patch would hang up. Before this patch every couple of hours I had to take it to desktop or risk lockup, but it was workable. I still had flawless movement and my abilities would fire when I hit the button. Post patch not so much. Me and my wife logged in this a.m. to play. We held out 20 mins or so and gave up. We are mmo vets. I know they are working on it, however, we all have limits. Bugs...ok....some skills broken...ok.....borked quests even....ok. but my limit and many others is unplayable lag. I asked my wife to stop auto sub....simply because we can't play.
