Nightblade's Stealth - Completely Broken? Possibly resolved?

It seems like things are as fixed as it is going to get, while there are still ongoing issues with night blades it may be best for them to have a new thread. So ZOS is welcome to lock or archive this or let it get buried. I don't think it will receive much more help. Thanks for all those who voiced your opinions.

I also want to say, I don't feel like I should have to give up the very class I have always played because I feel sub par. I want to be able to continue to enjoy this class, but after today I'm just not having fun with it. People are going to stop playing what they love and start playing what keeps them alive and that to me, means something is very wrong. I picked NB becuase they are supposed to be different, but how are we now different. We can turn invisible? Potions do that. We can siphon health? Anyone with a staff can do that? We can swing a sword? So really what do we have anymore?

Its sad, that its the only viable option. Being forced into a style of play. I play DW and love it but I absolutely need my stealth radius to give me the benefit I should have.

I should not keep getting detected when trying to feed.. but now I can barely use concealed wep to hit a target ESPECIALLY if there are other enemies near by.

Combined with this: Nightblade cloak even worse than before! and this: Night's Silence and Vampires, I am on the verge of just deleting my v12 Vampire Nightblade.

I look at all the work I put into this one.. and I think did I pick the wrong class? So much for all those months of work.

I will remain true to nightblade, mostly because I can't handle grinding through vet ranks on another character.

My boyfriend says I should reroll a templar since I focus on heals and support in sieges anyway.

Agreed with Thief and Alien. NS made playing the NB bearable... now? ugh.. time to roll a Templar.

I play with my wife.. I just want to be able to enjoy that time without the frustration of my Character getting chopped down. At this point any serious PVP involvement or group play is out of the question. We usually do well the two of us, but these hits to the NB sorta struck at the very core of how I play. I don't think any of us like paying for something we don't want, I hope ZOS realizes this.

I agree, vamp nb's have been done wrong..pls don't make any more changes unless it is an improvement for NB's. I had the night silence set..vamps are supernatural so, yeah,we should run faster in stealth.hasnt anyone seen "Interview with a Vampire :P Thats the trade off for fire vulnerability (even with enchant resists), having to feed every so often and getti g one-shotted by silverbolt..we are vamps people..vamp is a skill line with passives..did you change the magika and stamina passives from the guild lines that prolly stacks with sets that gives increased stats? No...the one thing that made me happy..you had to take it away..cuz of a few whiners...who cares if we go as fast as their horse..tell them to feed it!

I added a pic for details, due to this "eyes in the back of the head" awareness getting sneak attack bonus on a group is barely possible.

Yeah you are 100% correct, Vamps, according to most lore, movies, and shows move at an incredible speed..

I shelved my NB main. I suggest others do the same.

When ZOS looks at usage statistics and finds out that no one is rolling NB's anymore, all they need to do is look at this crap to see why.

For the record, I shelved mine specifically due to the Night's Silence stack nerf. ...but the reasons keep on rolling in.

I am ONLY interested in playing NB's or Sorcs. If they start treating sorcs the same way they do NB's, I'm dropping the game.

This is why I am having issues playing online, no consistency, my builds are changing under my feet and not a damn thing I can do. Months to perfect your build, just to scrap it.

Hmmm, apparently a lot of bad NB's here. Skills need some fixing at least in the "working correctly" dept. But as a vr10 NB I do insane dps in pve and I easily hold hold my own in PvP. Not sure what you guys are doing wrong. I hate to say it but l2p. Threatening to cancel sub is pretty lame. Jeez, back when I played Aion for instance I was a spirit master and it took forever for the revs to fix the class (way longer than its been for this game), but it all worked out in the end. Chill out and keep brining up broken mechanics like you're all doing so they can be fixed.

Yep, melee as nightblade is hopelessly pointless in PvP. Another oversight by the devs.

A build based on broken abilities that are working too good? You should have known better. Enjoy OP builds when you can but remember, it wont last long...

Bow is now the NB's best friend in 7 medium.

That or going to 7 light and staff and getting your spells on.

I am really enjoying my new level 16 NB alt, but all of the complaints and constantly broken and rebroken abilities are really tempting me to just reroll as a DK before I get to far along.

IF you don't like playing with bows, resto staff or sword & board then you better kiss your nb goodbye. Atm trials is about stacking DK's for dps and temps for healing.
