Does anyone know what FF XI did to eliminate bots? I've heard rumors that they got players involved in the war on bots and offered rewards for bot reporting. It sounds like they definitely did something right. -

That’s very much botting. A classic bot train in ESO. Reporting bots usually gets them cleaned up rather fast. Mind sharing where this was? -

so, currently sitting in Gandranen ruins in Shadowfen; at the boss at the end, and there is a collection of 5 bots, stacked on top of one another. Killing the boss every time it spawns. This only works if you have a "bot-log" channel and only in the server that its in, no bot-log = no messages for bot-log -

Played mabinogi year ago they had an ad- item that when used on a bot they'd be hit with a are you a robot prompt if they couldnt answer it it booted them for 48 hours and reported them for reviewing. Could only be ised on accounts spamming text and idle for more than 3 hours -

Bot invasion on PS4 EU server
there is a horde of bots in Betnikh at the Carved Hills location. man how the heck do the poeple add these bot programs to their console without bricking their system i dunno. hopefully the GMs/devs here can remove em asap. -

@cubansyrusb16_ESO You'd be surprised that there are already known bot apps out there that do this for you. One thing that clearly marks them as bots is the fact that they never move and do the exact same attack over and over down to the millisecond, for hours at a time. Them are bots alright ... ;-)
