    Get kicked out after one minute of playtime. No error number is given though. Just an error has occured and I should try to login again. (Telenet ISP lol)

    Call them and you will hear that they working.. support always working ;)

    I got Marc from telenet tech support on the phone atm and he says he's aware of the problem and he's looking into it.. Still on the phone with him while he looks into it. I'll post from the moment I know something more

    Was able to connect and play for around 30 minutes again, before being booted again.

    Ja, same problem here.
    Unknown error occured - disconnected. Error 200 or 201, bla bla bla, same as mentioned by others.
    We've had it (me and husband, one on wifi, other one wired Telenet Fibernet) ever since the beginning but usually it happened once a day and after a few minutes the problem was solved.
    But since yesterday, neither of us can log in or remain logged in....

    Been doing repairs, reinstalls, cable or wifi, restart complete router etc but to no avail.
    Calling Telenet, oh man... that takes ages again... should opt for the home phone instead of cell ...

    The more people call, the longer the phone will be put on hold.... Atleast Zeni could contact them... after all... it's their software that's not getting through... besides... Dutch people are having problems too.

    All of us on here blaiming Telenet only servers ONE purpouse.... It allows Zeni to play that old Shaggy song... "It wasn't me" ...

    Just of the phone, everything seems fine on the provider's end, my hardware, connection etc is okay, they even checked if we fulfil the eso requirements. They assume it is Zenimax server malfunction/delay and urged me to contact them to identify the problem.
    They did say if this problem persists they will open a dossier to get the problem solved and delve deeper into their own systems in connection to Zenimax's if needed.

    We will see, now to wait for a Zenimax answer I guess.

    Becouse they prolly dont even know what The Elder Scrolls Online is...
    I have no clue how to explain this to them tbh.

    They aren't yet... they were in talks with a US company, but they aren't a part of a US company as of yet...

    Probably depends on who answers your call and it seems I was lucky to have a young man who understood online gaming.

    I just told him I play ESO, I get disconnected a lot or am unable to log in, getting error 200-201, checked updates, repairs, system resets, router resets etc. and still no luck.

    So I asked if they had any knowledge whether or not their system or whatever allowed the use of the Zenimax server or if there had been problems or something.
    Basically I asked if they could confirm whether the problem could be on their/my side or not.

    It all goes from there, they test stuff, ask you stuff, look up things.

      TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
      TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
      TCP / UDP Ports 49100 through 54000
    • Have you already tried running a repair on your launcher?

    Game is working from 14.28 here with me when I deleted my last 2 addons.. Dont think that was the problem but I can play again now. I did all of those things that Tristan mentioned.

    I can login now but that does not take away the fact that I lost time yesterday and I am curious what do you have to say about that? Just a "sorry" is not very leveling the fact I couldn't log in for more than 4 hours before I gave up and went to bed.

    Still having the same issue, tried all your options again. Same results, negative on ability to login. Guys, I want to play your game but it's not letting me..
