I have been permanently banned, there was no explanation no nothing besides this email "This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your ESO Plus™ membership, or a Steam ESO Plus™ membership was detected thereby cancelling a duplicate membership on your account. You will no longer be charged for membership on a recurring basis, and your access to ESO Plus™ benefits will expire at the end of your current membership." I have contacted support but no help there. No I did not break any TOS. I have a guild trial in a few hours :(

    I literally requested a human. There is no way this was a human, instead of acknowledging my statements it goes over my head and says exactly what I was anticipating it to say, I already responded to that with my own enquiry but instead it goes over my head and says it anyway. Why tf do replies take days if it's going to be an AI responding anyways? or do these people even bother to read?

    I'd suggest not using chargebacks unless all else fails - this is not just an eso thing, many online games / services will restrict or suspend accounts for chargebacks.

    Beyond that, just gotta keep replying and restating the issue and that the issue has not been resolved, till someone understands. Many times the first couple of zos responses to a support ticket can be generic and unhelpful, but your replies should keep the ticket open and get someone's attention.

    This account is still under investigation by our customer service staff, not AI. As we have stated many times, AI is not used in investigations. All cases are reviewed by customer service staff and final calls are made by the customer service department. We will close this thread for now while investigations continue.

    Just wanted to follow up on this. The user’s case has been resolved by our customer service staff. Customer service has also reached out to make sure the user knows their account is back.

    Please make sure when in active investigations, to give customer service the time to do their job. Spamming on the forum in this case only slowed the process down and took more resources to resolve this case.
