I have been permanently banned, there was no explanation no nothing besides this email "This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your ESO Plus™ membership, or a Steam ESO Plus™ membership was detected thereby cancelling a duplicate membership on your account. You will no longer be charged for membership on a recurring basis, and your access to ESO Plus™ benefits will expire at the end of your current membership." I have contacted support but no help there. No I did not break any TOS. I have a guild trial in a few hours
