Not getting the access code
Last night, for some reason, ESO decided that it does not recognize my computer and said it sent a one time access code.
No access code was received.
Opened a ticket. got the initial generic response about deleting spaces around the code (even though my ticket clearly stated that I was not getting the code)
I have gotten emails before, including previous one time access codes.

FYI the 2 hour response turnaround time needs to be improved.
