hello, im returning after a few months break and i see that i have an email saying that my account has been locked and i got the message saying they have "temporarily deactivated your account" i cant even log into check anything i just get the message saying i have been suspended, and i cant sumbit a ticket because it needs my log in details BUT I CANT SUBMIT IT BECAUSE IT SAYS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED please help ! this is really frustrating

    They do not have an email easily found for ticket submits.

    Isnt that thing where they put old accounts to "storage" data?

    btw, while looking at that account recovery page, the background image caught my eye, so I've check the page elements, here is the link if someone find it wallpaper worthy.

    After careful consideration (and oh! so much deliberation) we have concluded that you circumstance sounds too much like a l2p issue for it to be just a mere coincidence.

    First off I want to Apolgize for Spam posting on this thread, really didn’t mean that, the first time I done it was bugging out, Anyway I have filled in the Recovery Option And an e-mail has been Sent, (support ticket no. is #:200323-001669

    Follow the link some people posted here and you should be fine. I've also had it once that they suspended my account by mistake. Only a couple of minutes after sending the recovery form I could log in again. Hope it works for you too.

    Must add to it that I put my ticket in at 19:00 CET when support was working, now they are all sleeping
