Access Code not Accepted - Support Needed
I can log into my account here:

I can log into the forums, but when I try to log into Support, it tells me that it doesn't recognize my IP address.
It sends me a code to my email but when I enter the code, it says Login Failed.
It's hard to request support if I can't log in.
