✭I got mine stuck in gratwood for two monts in 2014, a patch helped me not a gm... Not the customer service a patch.

Balthyzar✭✭✭Only time I was ever stuck somewhere, it took less than 2hrs for zos to respond and move my character to a safe position in auridon. Not sure why it's taking so long for you. Maybe you didn't submit the ticket correctly or provide enough information.Balthyzar,

The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

✭I'm not sure the type of being stuck or the magnitude of it that someone needs to submit a trouble ticket to have a tech from ZOS get someone unstuck. However, I have gotten my toons stuck somewhere or some points plenty of times.. from getting thrown into a wall or inside a big stone/boulder after being hit by the add's Dizzying Swing or just dropped in between a crevice somewhere and can't get out. Each time, I just pay the 146 gold and port out to a wayshrine somewhere. I have seen other previous similar posts that peeps have to submit trouble tickets to ZOS to get unstuck. Is it that bad.. can you guys not just port out to a wayshrine somewhere? Pay the 146 gold recall fee..?0 -

Thank you! It does sound like you've tried everything you could in-game already from using /stuck to trying to travel via Wayshrine or to a friend. It looks like this ticket is from today - seeing if we can get you some help.3 -

not when you character is falling in the void ,you have only 10 seconde before the server kick you for ... " spam " and it's not enough cause the /stuck command take something like 20/30 sec to find a safespot .Edited by Apherius on August 1, 2017 4:46PM3 -
