The Elder Scrolls Online v3.1.1 is the first incremental patch on the PTS and includes some fixes relating to the new dungeons, housing and furnishings, gameplay, and more. The size of this patch is just 155MB.

Animation

Merchant Taluri Salen’s leg no longer twists and floats while he sits to eat his apple.
Spills-No-Drinks will no longer walk through furniture.

Warden

Animal Companions
- Scorch: Most of the visuals from this ability and its morphs are now hidden to your allies.
- Screaming Cliff Racer: Fixed an issue where this morph did not have its “new morph effect” tooltip.

Style Motifs

Reduced the drop rate of House Redoran, House Hlaalu and House Telvanni motif pages and style items.

General

You will now be able to find the Devotee Journal outside its specific quest.

Achievements

The Chaosball-related achievements "The Best Defense" and "Chaosball Carnage" can now be completed.

Homes

Adjusted the view from the Tel Galen home to include Red Mountain on the horizon.

Quests

The Missing Prophecy: After completing the ritual, Rhea will now use the correct voice when greeting anyone who has already completed the Divine Restoration quest.

Battlegrounds

Added the spawn location of the ball from Chaosball matches to the map key.

Dungeons

Bloodroot Forge
- All Nirnblooded animals within the Dungeon are now named consistently.
- Stranglers that are not part of a boss encounter will no longer erroneously respawn when player characters die.
- Nirnblooded Spriggans are no longer vulnerable to fire.
Falkreath Hold
- The map for the Hall of the Dead within Falkreath Hold now matches your position.
- Doors that are not accessible no longer appear as though they are.
- Removed candles in the Jarl’s Hall. There’s enough fire without them.

Achievements

The "Deck Diver" achievement can now be earned.

Guild

Fighters Guild
- Dawnbreaker: This ability and its morphs can no longer be dodged.

General

Fixed a specific case where some charge and leap abilities (such as Critical Charge or Dragon Leap) were displaying their animation and visual effects but not actually moving you to the enemy target.
Fixed an issue where targeting an enemy could interfere with your ability to resurrect a dead ally.
Fixed an issue where The Lady and The Lover Mundus Stone buffs were being removed when you reloaded your character or zoned into a new area.

Nightblade

Shadow
- Twisting Path (Path of Darkness morph): Fixed an issue where this morph was not being considered a damage over time effect.

Item Sets

Torug’s Pact: This item set now reduces the cooldown of your weapon enchantment by 30% instead of one second, and is multiplicative with the cooldown reduction of the Infused trait.

General

Fixed an issue where the Minor Slayer buff was being removed if you equipped multiple Item Sets that granted the buff.

Item Sets

Engine Guardian: The monster summoned by this Item Set’s proc will now stick by your side instead of attempting to wander off and engage enemies (similar to the behavior of the Betty Netch).

Animation

The Kneel emote is no longer listed twice in the Ceremonial category from the Emote menu.
Imp wings no longer look stiff when blocking their heavy attacks.

General

Fixed an issue where the Special Furnishings capacity was not being doubled for ESO Plus members.

Homes

Returned several missing objects to Stay-Moist Mansion.
Adjusted the placement of two large boulders in Earthtear Cavern, returning them to their original positions prior to the Morrowind update.

Furnishings

Resolved several issues with the icons for new furnishings. Expect more fixes of this nature in the next PTS build!
Added a number of new furnishings and furnishing plans to a variety of new sources.

General

Stolen furnishings that could not previously be laundered (such as Velothi tapestries) can now be properly laundered at a fence.

Craglorn

You will no longer be knocked through doors in the Howling Sepulchers.

Collections

Fixed an issue that prevented the Midyear Victor's Laurel Wreath from showing up in the Collections UI prior to acquiring it.
- This also prevented it from appearing on the list of rewards for the Star-Made Knight achievement. This was a UI only issue.
Clarified the acquire hint for the Midyear Victor’s Laurel Wreath to indicate that it is only available during the Midyear Mayhem Holiday Event.
Fixed an issue where several collectibles with temporary names were visible in the Collections UI; we are no longer asking you to name these nameless collectibles.

Gamepad Mode

Fixed an issue that could cause some tutorials to become stuck on-screen.
Fixed an issue where the Bull Horns emote appeared twice in the list of collected emotes.

Help & Tutorials

Removed an out of date loading screen tip that discussed level scaling in dungeons.
Added a help menu entry for Chaosball medals.

This is actually a buff for Torug's Pact.

30% means that 10 second enchants are now 7 second cooldown instead of 9.

With Infused and Torug's, 10 second enchants are now 3.5 seconds instead of 4.

4 second enchants are now 2.8 instead of 3.

With infused/Torug's 4 second enchants are now 1.4 (assuming they were 1 before? not sure if torug's or infused applied first)

Hm, not a lot this time around (but I guess that's, in some ways, a good thing). Glad to see some of the annoying bugs like the Mundus stones losing their buff on rezoning got fixed.

Still looking into a toggle for ally particle effects?

Are Wardens going to have any bug fixes for Winter's Revenge having a lower than intended critical chance or Swarm counting as a Direct Damage skill instead of a DoT (same bug as with Twisting Path)? I've been playing *a lot* of Magicka Warden and these two bugs alone hurt their already low DPS.

Swarm counting as direct dmge is probably a dps gain with the buffs to crit chance, since it procs Scathing and Neri. I'd rather see them not changing it.

Torugs by itself was buffed. 30% is better in all cases. And much better for longer cooldown enchants like Power enchants.

And combined with infused, I think it's even more reduction: 4s x .7 x .5 = 1.4s

I assume that Oblivion damage will be affected by Battle Spirit pretty soon. That means they need to buff knight Slayer up to 15%

It's save to assume Infused applied first. If it did not, the old calculation would of been (4-1)/2=1.5 seconds. Which means that with this change they actually buffed the proc of the enchants by 0.1 seconds.

So its safe to assume the calculation looked like this (4/2)-1=1 second.

Now that it is multiplicative it's for sure 1.4 seconds. So that combo got nerfed by 0.4 seconds.

However it won't stop the whining of oblivion enchants once the patch drops

Oblivion dmg was/is still the problem.

@ZOS_GinaBruno If you're fixing books, can you fix Valyia's Cargo Manifest in Obsidian Gorge, Deshaan? It's not present once the related quest in the area has been completed.

There is a problem with some skills and CP:

Some skills as Curse, proximity detonation, unstable core are DOT in the game (it procs valkyn skoria, empower dnt work too).

Thaumaturge (CP): increase DOT damage
Master-at-Arms (CP): increase direct damage attacks

Skills that deal damage after a few seconds like Curse, proximity detonation, unstable core... are increasing their damage with Master-at-Arms instead thaumatuge.

Infused+oblivion+torugs was actually nerfed quite abit with this, since most weaves are 1-1,2 seconds. Meaning it will proc half as much.
