well... its been fun all.... but alas.... time to go to the second job where i cant be on the forums since its "all about the customers there" .... stupid retail ....... be home and possibly in game in roughly 6 hours and 40 mins .... not that I'm counting down at all ...

lol anytime... was fun... oddly enough we had a full group ( doesn't happen TOO often when the PUGz group is full ) but we were running VERY strong last night ... we had everyone/most of us in TS as well

Erm Dumb EDIT: That was Valen in the pot helm, he said you ported pretty quick after dying. I sat and had a quick conversation with his dead body. Mostly about the fact that I rarely get to have a good look at what your toons look like.

Not sure, there was so much stupidity going on last night it has all become a blur.

I find the elite players thing pretty damn hilarious, while we (Byte) do have some fine players, most of which have been with us for a very long time, we don't claim that elite status .We arent elite, just old timers haha! I feel like the only people who even know or recognize us are only those here on the forums. And even then, it is only really @Valen_Byte and I here, our members don't frequent the forums they tend to stay to themselves. We don't consider ourselves to be good, just have heart and fire for AD.

We used to run pug groups, that is how we started but certain... things.... happened and now we mostly run just guildies. We do pick up new players and bring them into the fold.. just not all of them, only the ones who show potential to learn. Like I said, maybe we are gettin too old, its very stressful, unthankful work and at this point in my life I'm trying to rid myself of stress, not create more.

We run 4-10 man groups (though 10 nowadays feels dirty). We do communicate with zone and try to teach from there.. It just seems like the bulk are new people who think they know things and they really don't.

I don't understand the "I know everything and you can teach me nothing" attitude that we seem to have an abundance of lately. I mean, I love to learn more about the game and how to improve. Problem is they don't wanna. I'm at my wits end with them and I know that sounds harsh, I don't wanna be harsh. And idk about them but as I said before, its not all about winning, its about having good fights. Fights where you try everything you can to keep yourself and your comrades alive and even when you die in the end you go DAMN that was fun! Not the, I'm gonna bang my head up against this door and then get pissed when this certain group wont come do it with me.. lmao!

It seems like when a regular guild group does get up tho that AD can move map or at least hold it. I havnt been paying attention tho are there new guilds coming in or just new people forming groups?

I have said so many times that rando zergs just love trying to take down front doors with their faces. Nik and Roe are their favorites on DC side.
And I consider all those 'old timers' who have been around longer than I, Elites, mostly because you've been around Cyrodiil long enough to know what to do and when to do it. Also the renown that comes from pulling off daring feats so many times that all your enemies know what you're capable of. I aspire to be able to defeat these elites in a fairish fight, or at least be considered a dangerous foe.

Same goes with the bs at Ash. We hung out at Nik for quite a while, telling AD that when they were done dying at the front door, we would come to help them. Not until then. We had tried to go up ourselves and start seige earlier and ofc got rekt bc most of AD stayed at the front, no ty.

Some finally get the drift, take the mine start some siege, so we ran up and helped, I put 2 fc's up (against my better judgement) at one point we get the wall down, get inside the outer wall and here comes emp group, ok... wheres the bulk of AD? Take a guess? Guy calls out in zone, as we get annihilated "help me with this ram"... at the freakin front door... outside. We had called out percentages on the wall, called out when it came down, come help siege inner... this dude yells at US that we are some elite group who doesn't communicate and blah blah blah. OMG! Read your blasted chat!

Moral of the story... I am extremely frustrated with my faction atm. They are POTATO and absolutely refuse to learn, refuse to stay off front doors and then blame us. I know it happens in all factions, I get there are a ton of new players and it takes time. Maybe I'm just getting old, idk but I just wanna smack them upside their heads sometimes LOL!

Yeah not big on the whole, my guild did this or that, when that starts up in AD i just go into zone and say.. AD did so and so. Damn big headed people!

Also, woulda been fantastic had you said that, a healer/rezzer almost never gets the credit tho many times they are the reason for the win or the save.

Not sure exactly why, but these last couple of days has felt pretty rough in BWB. I mean, as EP I am used to being outnumbered 2 or 3 to 1, but not sure why it feels different... Yesterday when we got a guild group up we had just trikeeps and started pushing BRK... Pushed north to take Chal, bleak and aslssia... Then tried pushing fare... Huge fight up on that hill... Felt like we were drawing the majority of DC, but didn't even see the last emp keep flag... Then we lost bleak... Feel apart from there... I started Sunday with 70k AP, have added 43k AP, but have only 30k left... That is a lot of ballistas I've gone through...

PS, might be the fact I have also seen a large number of disconnections lately... Such a pain trying to push a keep and realize no one else is moving and you are waiting to get dumped to the log screen...

Mostly because he named a toon " Dammit Pierre" and is also so self deprecating. Though I consider Pierre's heals only second to Darvs, and he IS the rez master.

This is where I fail. I get all upset when we lose a fight. In most cases I always say the wrong things in zone during or after the fight and have to hide in the corner and say nothing for a while.

Yup. that`s probly why I always get more deaths than others. Wings + 33k spell resist makes you think you are invincible and I always end up in the heart of the zerg when I'm in group.
