I've tried to log in multiple times for the last hour and am not getting a verfication email.

    If you are having issues with your one-time access code:

    1.Disable any email security temporarily if you have any browser extensions and anti-virus software with these settings
    2.Add noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com to your list of approved e-mail senders.
    3.Check your spam or junk mail folders.◦If you are using Gmail with the Inbox categories feature, also check your Social folder.
    4.If you are using a firewall or anti-virus, temporarily disable them before requesting a new code.

    If you are still having issues, reply to this thread and we will have an customer support ticket started on behalf of this issue. (The Customer Support page is currently down.)

    My husband has been having issues getting a verification email.

    His game ID is Tresp4sser and email is dont_spam_me@windstream.net

    He has been waiting for over a week now.

    Hopefully someone can get a support ticket started for him. Thanks.

    I Dont Know Whats Wrong
    All Emails Have Been Coming In

    New Account Verification Email - Came in Right Away
    Account Activation Succes - Came in Right Away
    Code Redemption - Came in Right Away
    Your Forum Account Has Been Created - Came in Right Away
    You Earned The First Comment Badge - Came in Right Away

    But When I Try To Login It Asks Me For The Code
    To Authorize My Computer And That Code Never Comes In
    No Matter How Long I Wait Or How Many Times I Try
    It Wont Come In

    Can confirm this.

    Updated my system to Win10 today. Game wants a verification. I did not receive any email.
    In the past I got verification emails without any trouble. Something is borked...

    Someone should investigate this.

    My husband also had this problem yesterday after applying the November update for Windows 10. He opened a support ticket and also tried all the tings mentioned above. Nothing worked. Resetting his Windows to the state before the update solved the problem for now, but we are sure that, if he updates his Windows again, the game will cry for a not arriving verification code again. The Support ticket also did not help quite much, they only told him the above steps which sadly didn't solve the problem.

    This is clearly an issue that has to be resolved soon.

    I just tried to login again and this time it did not ask for the authorize code

    it just went straight to the intro and then to the loading screen

    And now im at the character creation page

    I also logged out and reentered my login and password and it did not ask for the code again

    Dont know if they removed it or whats up but it did not ask for the code so maybe same for others

    Tried to log back in and it asked for a code again

    So yeah.....

    This was my 10th comment i guess
    because i just got a email(Came in right away) saying

    But again the code is not coming in at all

    Going on 2 weeks now.
