    I don't know what email you use but if it's yahoo or gmail you probably will never ever receive it. I came back to the game a week ago and couldn't receive my access code email at yahoo or gmail.

    As a trial I made an Outlook mail account and Bingo! got my email. I tested it via another account I made here. I then contacted customer support to let them know I made a new Outlook email and if I could have them change my email since I couldn't access my account. With-in one day it was changed and I got the much needed "Access Code" email. I haven't had any issues so far.

    Worth a try.

    Here is what i get from their lame customer service...
    feels like that is what they will keep doing until i get fed up and stop responding then they can put it in their books as a settled issue what a farce

    has not been resolved but i believe it is yahoo mail causing the issue could you change my account email to eric_howell@outlook.com please this may fix the issue

    Yup, it started that way for me to. Me being the impatient person that I am, when it comes to not being allowed to access something I purchased, I didn't accept the automated responses.
    Try this.
    1st. ESO doesn't have a phone number directly to CS. I called this number (301) 926-8300 (It's their media department) I told them I needed customer service for the game and was transferred where I was able to leave a message. Both times I had to call, I received a phone call back with-in a couple hours. Explained what the issue was and that I wasn't getting anything but automated tickets from CS. The person I talked to looked into where my ticket was in the process and got it rolling to a solution.

    2nd. I found a fantastic admin here on the forums. Absolutely wouldn't have gotten anywhere if they hadn't helped me out. ZOS_DaryaK is someone you can contact with a message from here https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/profile/ZOS_DaryaK . I got an email back within minutes to a few hours.

    Let everyone you verbally talk to and in emails know that you have setup your outlook, it works, and you need your old email changed to that one.

    Darya and talking to someone directly from CS made all the difference.

    Good luck. I know your frustration. Both me and my husband have access now by doing it this way.

    Having this same issue with comcast. Had to reformat one of my hard drives now I can't get it to send the access code..

    If you can't get your access code email to show up at your Comcast email even after adding the following to your safe senders list:
    noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com
    donotreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com
    donotreply@edlerscrollsonline.com


    I'd suggest trying Outlook email. We had the same issue and nothing we were suggested to do in order to fix it, "Fixed It."

    Only after I changed to Outlook did I receive the emails with the Access Code.

    Contact CS and ask them to change your email. They will do it for you after you prove you are the account owner.

    Edit: Also, if you do make an Outlook email, you can easily add the all those addresses to your safe senders list to double ensure you will get them. I did this right after I made an Outlook account.

    I'm still having this issue, except I haven't gotten ANYTHING at all since I created my account on elderscrollsonline.com. No initial account verification emails, not "first comment" emails, nothing at all from ZoS.

    Please help.

    last year i had that issue ,I reported it without any success in support help, then my account got stolen and suspended ! still not fixed , who cares guild master will buy new copy of the game
