Hey there @wOOOOt_of_SD,
The Elder Scrolls Online is currently supported in English, French, and German. We understand that certain characters are necessary to communicate in languages outside of these, however these languages are not currently supported. We’re always accepting feedback for the game, so please feel free to submit a /feedback ticket in-game to send this along to our developers. We’ll also ensure that the feedback noted here is sent to the correct place for review. Thank you very much for your patience!
Hey there @StrangerFull,
All characters are available in /help and /bug because these features are accessed via an in-game web browser.
Hey there @wOOOOt_of_SD,
We have indeed passed along the feedback to the appropriate department. We added the portion about /feedback to let folks know that they don't have to minimize the game and log in to the forums if they would like to send feedback along.

Actually, Spanish can't. We use the same letters an English native uses, except for "ñ", which is not supported, so we have to commit grammar aberrations while talking to each other.
In our case, it's just one single letter and it makes our communication a little bit limited, I cannot imagine what other languages are suffering.
As its been already said, its used for a wide variety of words such as damage/daño, tab/pestaña, kid/niñ@, mountain/montaña, wrist/muñeca, year/año....
