Most who unsubscribe probably don't even know this forum exists, and only ZOS knows the true numbers. But since even they don't ask unsubscribing players why they're doing so, they choose to remain willfully ignorant of the reasons.david271749 wrote: »It seems like more and more people are quitting theae days. Well, there is a school of thought that states ZOS was tasked with raising X amount of money with ESO, in order to assist in funding of further ZeniMax endeavors. That school of thought asserts that once ZOS met that threshold, all else was icing on the cake.
If that's the case, then their indifference to reasons for a lapsing subscription base would be logical. I.E. it may be an actual plan, vice simple incompetency.

For me i will stay subbed because i like the game and having fun, will unsub if the game gets boring or begin to favor group PvE crowd with the best in-game loot and create an arrogant elitist community.
