It is still questionable if the Dwemer actually died, the lore says they just disappeared and no one knows what exactly happened. It does seems like they were all killed but they could pretty easily bring them back saying that their technology created a portal to another dimension and they all went through it in the face of total annihilation.
I have thought for a long time that this is exactly what they will do in future ESO games.

Sure. In a future Elder Scrolls game. This game happens before Morrowind, so it's completely unreasonable to expect the Dwemer to reappear and then disappear again.

    Not quite.

Dwemer are as tall as anyone else, far taller than D&D dwarfs.
The story is that their height was slighted in an attempt to diminish their accomplishments (daft but that's lore for you).

Once again Dwemer were as tall as everybody else, not short at all.
Also unlike Dwarfs from other settings Dwemer were extremely magical, far more than the Altmer.

    != means does not Equal.
Oh, sorry not seen that before, the last does not equal I saw was = / = , minus the spaces. After I entered that I saw why people aren't using it, they really need to post a full list of what creates emoticons.

Ayleid - No, they're not. They've intermingled with a lot of races. They still exist. They were driven into exile, never went extinct.

Here's an example: Ayleid mixed with Altmer

    A real Ayleid

Wow, what a resemblance right? Second pic is taken from Fighter's guild quest that puts you in the body of an Ayleid for a trip in the past. Now, compare with that Altmer in the first pic. Ayleid still exist through inter-breeding. That said, All ZOS has to do is add 2 or 4 more darker skin-tones and some black hair for Altmer, and Presto-bingo. Ayleid race.

Falmer - No, they're not. Pure Snow Elves still exist. It is not unlikely for some to have made it to Summerset or Highrock in small groups.

Daedra - No. All Daedra have free will. Especially the Dremora. Even the ones you summon. http://uesp.net/wiki/Online:I_was_Summoned_by_a_Mortal

It is the mental fortitude, and magicka control of the conjurer to sub-due the summoned Dremora.

Also, the female Dremora in Coldharbour is a great example of Dremora blatantly going against Molag Bal. In fact, Dremora are known to serve whomever they chose. Some clans follow Bal, most follow Dagon, etc. etc. The only tricky part is justifying their presence on Nirn + the whole soulless nonsense. Thus, to that, I'd suggest a Dremora costume that "turns" you into a Dremora. Much like the skeleton and goblin costumes.

I've always been interested in the Akaviri races, especially the Tsaesci (vampire snake men!). I was hoping we'd even see some Akaviri in this game since there was a recent invasion plus the fact that the last leader of the Empire before the interregnum started was the Akaviri Potentate.

While there are certainly evil Daedra, they are not all evil. Meridia (who helps you fight Molag Bal) is a Daedric Prince as well. Only a handful of the princes are considered evil, a few "good," and most fall into a gray area in between. I'd say the same goes for the lesser Daedra that serve the princes. Having said that, a playable Dremora race would be kind of cool :)

    Umm, Akaviri?

Pretty much all the listed choices are lore-breaking, but there could be a few Akaviri stragglers hanging around from the last war. It might be cool to play one. At the least, I really wish they would toss in an Akaviri NPC or two into the mix.

Yes, there are still technically Pure Snow Elves, but unless you're lucky enough to happen upon one of them in their secret hideouts, they aren't going to be around in great numbers in the game. But by all means, let's have a playable race where only 0.5% of the player population can play them.

And Daedra don't have free will in the same way that mer or humans in Tamriel do. A daedra may be very powerful, and some of them may even be able to exercise a bit of their own will in Oblivion. But they can only come to Nirn if summoned there, and even when they go around wreaking havoc, they can only do so within the narrow scope of their summons. So again, if players think it'd be fun to play a character who lolls around a plane of Oblivion all day and then gets to spend all eternity cursing one particular ruin, let's add that race too.

implement something like vampire/werewolf for daedra (or better deadra disciple/follower)

after yo descided about Manimarco´s fate (or after Molag Baal), implement a NPC (of course not in that quest, but after you completed it - open World NPC) that offers you a quest for a daedric skillline (you can only use if you are NOT Vampire or Werewolf)

would be nice for true evil chars (vampires are too nice in ESO)

Bonus: No Skilllines have to be changed, because you are already weak to the fighters guild skills as daedric creature)

Weakness could be: need to pray (like vamire stages) to retain their full power

The Ayleids never went extinct. They were never wiped out. They were driven into exile. Please provide a source that states they are extinct. You will not find one.

    http://uesp.net/wiki/Lore:The_Wild_Elves

They are an enigma, but they are not extinct. And the reason they are an enigma, is because they have intermingled. It's how they have clinged to life.

Daedra, have free will, period. There are many ways a Daedra can come to Nirn. Not all them require a mortal to summon them. Those that are permanently binded to Nirn(extended visit) they are not under control of the summoner, because that's how bindings work(and is why they are dangerous.) Especially when it comes to Dremora.

Especially in ESO's time, when there is literally NO BARRIER. They do not need to be summoned. It's literally, "Oh look, Molag Bal's scheme took the barrier down... lets pay a visit!
