Whilst using a wayshrine to craglor i was left falling through space screaming and got kicked 3 times for to much chat even though i only typed /stuck.
after i finally got out i was booted from the server, I left it a while and was booted again.
After finallly getting online I find there is no store option in the bank only bank and goodbye, none of my chat shows to anyone in zone whispers or any of the trading guilds im in, it only shows in the pvp guild im in which does not have a store yet. I am greatly losing the will with this game as i find it impossible to do anything without some form of bug error or crash on your side of the bargain, with every new patch i get just get new errors, not happy

Many apologies for your character falling through the world.

Here are a few steps you can take to try to reset this problem for you character:
First, please do submit a bug ticket. To report a bug, type /bug while still in game and include as much detail about the bug as possible in your description.
Next, you can type /reloadui into the chat box, which can be opened by pressing "Enter." This command reloads the environment, which can help with interactive objects that are unresponsive or NPCs (non-playable character) who do not react to player prompts.
You can also try teleporting to a wayshrine. This will cost you a small amount of gold (variable depending on your character level and how recently you used a wayshrine), but it can help you continue your game when you can't complete the quest objectives in a certain area. To port to a wayshrine, press [M] to open your map. Click on the magnifying glass in the lower left-hand corner of the map window, and select any region you have already explored. When the map you have selected comes up, left-click on any wayshrine you have already discovered, and then press [E] to confirm.
The command /stuck is useful for when you find yourself stuck in the environment or a room. This will kill your character and damage your armor somewhat, but it completely removes a player character from an area. Be sure to select the option "Teleport to Wayshrine" instead of resurrecting in place with a soul gem.
Finally, if this doesn't work, you can try a soft reset. Use the command /camp in the chat window, and you will perform a soft reset by logging off of the game client and launcher completely. Wait 15 minutes, and then log back on. The 15 minutes will allow the game to reset its cache.
If none of the steps above free your character, please respond so we can find another way to assist you.

    Does this happen on all of your characters?

    While I haven't experienced exactly the same, I had at least somewhat similar experiences (falling through the world, booted for spamming and borked char) and switching chars did help. But that's been a rather long time ago, however. May be worth a try, tho.

    its the same on all chars mate, i have no way of ingame chat of any sort and no guild store or guild bank options. I only really do pvp and this makes it impossible as i cannot get a group even :(

    Well that is a no brainer. Even a trained monkey is more helpful then CS via email. I recently reported a player shouting the "N" word in /zone repeatedly. I got an email back explaining to me how I "unstuck" my character, all with really bad spelling. India CS for the fail.

    Or do you happen to have access to another PC from which you could access the game and your chars? Would at least point towards the source of the problem, if the problems persist on another system.

    Repairing the client or if that fails reinstalling could help, too. Should definitely try deactivating all addons first tho. By the way, does /reloadui do any good or anything at all?

    Atleast you didn't get one of their stupidly annoying RP responses. Roleplaying is fine and all, but not when you have a serious issue with your game.

    Afraid it wont. Sounds like you cant chat due to the game thinking you were a gold spammer..Off the top of my head, you are "chat banned" until you contact their CS. Just like some of the dudes who were "chat banned" for crafting. I would copy/paste the above reply into a support ticket through the website, instead of in-game.. (Top of the page, right hand side, click link.) Then, once you get your reply to that, ... welll.. I hope they fix you.

    While waiting, do a forum search for "continuously falling". You will find you are FAR from alone. However, lets just say that I have had to go to ZoS team leads to get anything done, sometimes with a very .. disappointed .. review of the customer service I had received until that point, attached.

    that is what i was fearing in the back of my mind
    but i havnt had an email from them saying anything.

    they havnt answered my follow on emails or fixed anything yet.
    Hopefully might draw some help.

    my game is unplayable at the moment im just watching my pvp ranking drop
    as i cannot LFG. Bags full of stuff I cannot mail or sell.

    @Atokeor2 dude you've been muted. There is a known issue where errors in the Client side, sometimes caused by addons, Will trigger the auto mute system.(like when people get kicked off for spamming), The reason it's taking time, is because they are investigating why you were muted too, so it doesnt happen to you again, and so they can change their stuff to be better, Honestly at least you have someone who understands the situation, and has sent you to the right place, You wont get a reply if no one has gotten to your ticket yet. And if you are worried about it, put the ticket number in your title

    Well fairy you could very well work for them as you as well just stated the obvious and told me what i already know. Its happened ONCE in over 2 months to me ill live with that just switch me back on and if it happens again ill take it from there.
